Objective: In recent years, sub-health state is gradually formed a hot spot, sub-health is acritical state in which people have no specific diseases but spiritual vitality and adaptabilitydeclining, if this state are not timely corrected it would easily lead to psychosomatic diseases.The health status of the primary and secondary school teachers is a key factor in teachingactivities,maintain a good health condition is a guarantee of the teaching quality smoothlyand efficiently.Through this survey we want to know the health and sub-health of primaryand secondary school teachers, improving their health status by health education and healthpromotion in order to ensure the teacher have a satisfactory health,completing the task ofteaching satisfactorily.Methods: We conduct field survey on1208primary and secondary school teachers byhomemade questionnaire, the questionnaire mainly deals with the general condition of theage, gender, lifestyle, sub-health common symptoms and behavior change. Removed invalidquestionnaires,we use Epidata conducting the double entry and correction of the questionnaire, use sas9.2on valid data for processing,he main statistical methods used arechi-square test and multi-factor logistics regression analysis.Results: The survey results showed that57.1%of the primary and secondary schoolteachers in a state of sub-health,13.7%in healthy state,29.2%in disease state. Maleteaehers are higher than female, sub-health state rate has a downward trend with the age,college graduates and below are significantly lower than the populations of college andhigher education. The logistics of multi-factor regression analysis showed that: a long timewithout movement, mentality imbalance, poor family atmosphere and working environmentare risk factors of sub-health state. Through our health education, the majority of thesurveyed teachers t will pay attention to their lifestyle in the future life and work, such as:increasing the amount of exercise, regular meals, time to rest.Conclusion: The incidence of common diseases and sub-health on primary and secondaryschool teachers in the district are high, health status of teachers is not optimistic. It isrecommended that this situation should attract the attention of the education sector andhealth sector, focusing on strengthening the health education of teachers in spare time,multi-organization the right amount of sports, improving the working environment ofteachers, timely resolving the problems and releasing the pressure in their daily lives and, tocreate a good healthy environment.
