| Education is a great plan for the country and the party.In the context of the current national policy of encouraging the “Three-child”policy,it is particularly important to further accelerate the promotion of balanced and high-quality development in the compulsory education stage,and it is also an important topic of greater public concern today.In the New Era,China’s education system has been undergoing profound reform,and the overall level of education and teaching as well as the level of education service and management of the compulsory education has been continuously improving.However,the uneven level of regional economic development has directly led to the regional differences in education,education quality and balanced development is not enough,but also the urgent need to solve the problem.In order to solve this problem,we should not only improve the construction of the hardware facilities,but also embody the curriculum,teaching methods,the construction of the teaching staff and the allocation of excellent teaching staff.It is particularly important to increase the research on the balanced development of compulsory education,which can also provide effective reference and guidance for national and local governments to put forward corresponding policies.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,and defines the concepts of this paper,such as public goods,compulsory education,compulsory education balanced development,compulsory education balanced development,compulsory education balanced development.It is recognized that the balanced development of compulsory education needs to be promoted in all areas of society and within education in order to achieve the optimal allocation of educational resources.In order to ensure the depth and reliability of the research,this paper takes the q district of Shanghai as an example to explore the current situation of resource allocation,government investment and teacher level in compulsory education,it is found that there are some problems such as insufficient guarantee of educational investment,great difference between schools and low level of balanced development of teachers.Through the analysis,this paper tries to find out the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the high quality and balanced development of compulsory education in Shanghai’s q district,and provides some referential methods and Experiences for reference. |
