The construction of "Double First-Class" is an important measure for the education reform of colleges and universities.Administrative management is an important part of the "Double First-Class" construction and is of great importance to its realization.Currently,there is insufficient research on the incentives of university administrators.Taking University C under the "Double First-Class" construction as a case,this paper applies the basic theories of incentives,such as the principal agency theory and Maslow’s demand hierarchy demand theory,into the theoretical analysis.The data collection and analysis work of this paper has been completed through various research methods,including literature research method,questionnaire survey method and quantitative statistical analysis method.According to the empirical study of administrators from University C,six factors affecting the incentive level of administrators from University C were analyzed,namely: recognition incentive factor,salary and welfare incentive factor,interpersonal relationship environment incentive factor,work and leisure environment incentive factor,job satisfaction incentive factor,training and promotion incentive factor.This article also discusses the problems and reasons for the incentive of university administrators,and puts forward suggestions for improving the incentive level of administrative staff.The research is beneficial for creating a high-quality administrative management team with management system,institutional structure and operating mechanism,bringing high-efficiency management with high-quality team,and maximizing the administrative management role in institutions of higher education.
