Study On The Effectiveness Of Service Delivery In Day Care Centers For The Elderly

In recent years,"day care for the aged",as a new endowment model,has quietly emerged in Hangzhou communities.This endowment model not only reduces the pressure of family care,but also enhances the good interaction between the elderly and the society.However,with the rapid development of day care for the elderly,the phenomena of single service provision,resource fragmentation,and neglect of the needs of service objects have gradually emerged.How to guarantee the effectiveness of day care and whether the service supply meets the needs of the elderly have become issues that need to be continuously explored and improved in the process of delivery.In this context,this paper takes the day care service of J Endowment Organization in Hangzhou as an example,and selects two typical day care centers,A and B,according to the theory of marketing will work day care service delivery process is divided into production and cost payment,channel building and marketing four link,the evaluation of the effectiveness of each link,respectively On this basis,the factors affecting the effectiveness of service delivery are analyzed,and the relevant policy suggestions are put forward based on the analysis of the problems in the process of service delivery.This study from the "integration" and "continuity" and "availability" and "responsible capricious" four evaluation dimension evaluation the effectiveness of the elderly care service,the study found that the current J pension organization conveying the effectiveness of the whole day care service is poorer,is embodied in the fee payment link mismatch between supply and demand and the consumption induced in the links of marketing.Through in-depth communication with the elderly in the area,service staff and managers of day care centers,the study found that the main factors affecting the effectiveness of service delivery in care centers include resource integration,service continuity,service availability and the awareness of social responsibility of elderly care organizations.Based on the analysis of the above four influencing factors,the author found that there are obvious problems in the process of day service delivery of J pension organization,such as insufficient resource integration,low guarantee of talent treatment,inadequate information publicity and weak sense of responsibility of pension organization.Finally,the author put forward the following suggestions to improve the effectiveness of day care centers for the elderly: Firstly,optimize the resource integration effect of day care centers by improving the efficiency of resource utilization and broadening the scope of resource integration;Secondly,policy support,talent incentive and other measures should be taken to ensure the continuity of day care center services.Thirdly,to improve the availability of day services by expanding publicity and promoting multi-agent participation;Fourthly,strengthen the sense of responsibility of pension organizations by establishing a perfect service quality evaluation system and raising the threshold of market access.
