| The aging of population and the modernization of information technology are two major trends in the development of society.The rapidly growing demand for pension services poses a challenge to the unbalanced and inadequate development of pension services in our country.The modern information technology embedded in the elderly care service system supported by virtualization,intelligence and integration is not only an echo of the national strategy to actively respond to the aging population,but also an opportunity to meet the development trend of the information society and improve the level of social governance.Taking Nanjing City as an example,this paper focuses on the topic of the informatization reconstruction of the urban elderly care service system,and strives to deeply discuss and analyze the element structure of the Nanjing elderly care service system based on the principle of demand-determined supply and seeking truth from facts,and deconstructs the informatization reconstruction of the elderly care service system into three characteristics: "virtualization","intelligence" and "integration".As well as the five-fold logic of "value embedding","technology enabling","demand customization","multiple linkage" and "service upgrading",it is pointed out that in the process of information reengineering,there are challenges such as the lack of standardization and standards for the informatization of elderly care services,the information literacy of front-line personnel to be improved,the problems of information security and privacy protection,the problem of information silos between institutions,the "digital divide" among elderly groups,and the equipment lagging behind the iteration of technological update.At the same time,inspired by the experience of the information construction of the elderly service system in western developed countries such as the United States,Germany and Japan,this study puts forward six suggestions in view of the above conclusions:(1)Improve the standards of the elderly service information;(2)Improve the information literacy of frontline elderly care service personnel;(3)Strengthen information security and privacy protection of elderly care services;(4)Promote information sharing and exchange among relevant agencies;(5)Improve the digital skills of the elderly and optimize the design of digital services;(6)Strengthen the update and iteration of information technology for elderly care services.In order to boost the information reconstruction of the elderly service system,and then promote the quality and efficiency of China’s elderly service industry,the iterative upgrade and progress of the elderly service system. |
