With the rapid development of preschool education industry,more and more attention has been paid to the level of kindergarten teachers.As the main way of practical teaching of preschool education and the important link of training qualified teachers,post internship plays the role of bridge.In the face of the new requirements put forward by the policy and the current situation of the training of preschool education professionals,the kindergarten,as the home field of post internship,must assume the role and responsibility of leading management to help students change their identity and consciousness faster and better.In this paper,343 new teachers who have graduated from preschool education and participated in post internship in kindergartens of J City within 3-5 years are selected as the survey objects,and the current situation of management of the post-substituted interns in the kindergartens of this region is investigated and studied by questionnaires.Three private kindergartens and three public kindergartens are chosen to be the objects of observation.Twelve people,including kindergarten administrators,tutors and intern students,are chosen for interview survey.The survey covers the initial planning stage,the implementation process stage,the evaluation stage and the result feedback stage.The results show that the kindergartens of J City has the following problems in the management of the post-substituted interns: The management plan is single,the management implementation is inefficient,the management evaluation is one-sided,the management feedback is blocked.The main reasons for the problems are as follows: 1.The management plan is not systematic,which is mainly manifested in the deviation of the starting Angle of plan making,the solidification of the content and form of plan making,and the unclear responsibility of the subject of plan making;2.The management implementation process is not perfect,mainly manifested in the implementation content cannot be adjusted flexibly,the implementation mode cannot be individualized,and the implementation process is too formal;3.The management evaluation lacks comprehensiveness,mainly manifested in the lack of evaluation plan,single evaluation subject and limited evaluation content;4.The management feedback channel is not smooth,mainly manifested in the single form of feedback,poor feedback effect and feedback channel occlusion.In view of the above problems and causes,this study puts forward relevant countermeasures from kindergarten administrators,tutors and intern students,including:1.Systematically develop demand-oriented initial management plan;2.Gradually improve the implementation process of comprehensive management;3.Comprehensively establish a multi-party management and evaluation system;4.Strive to improve the management feedback mechanism aiming at high efficiency.On this basis,we hope to help kindergartens improve the management quality of the post-substituted interns,so as to optimize the effect of post internship for preschool education undergraduates.
