With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the degree of marketization of the financial industry has been continuously improved,financial institutions have become more and more perfect,and the financial industry has put forward higher and higher requirements for the training of professional talents in secondary vocational schools.However,the current professional development of domestic financial affairs is still not perfect,and the quantity and quality of talents are far from meeting the market demand for financial affairs talents.Secondary vocational schools use the form of integration of production and education to train professionals in financial affairs,promote the embedded training mode,and create a “zero distance” cooperation between schools and enterprises,which can not only effectively improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools,but also cultivate skills that adapt to social development.Professional financial affairs professionals.This paper firstly defines the concepts related to the integration of production and education and financial affairs.On this basis,it analyzes the three theories that have guiding significance for this article,namely,the combination of Marxist education and productive labor,the theory of competence-based education and the vocational education of Dewey.theory.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the training of financial affairs professionals in secondary vocational schools in China,and points out that there is still a problem of dissociation between production and teaching in the financial affairs profession,that is,the disconnection between theoretical teaching and practical teaching,the disconnection between teachers' and practical requirements,and the disconnect between practical teaching and enterprise units.Thirdly,through the case analysis of the general situation of the integration of production and education in the financial affairs of X school,the paper expounds the achievements and shortcomings of the integration of production and education in the financial affairs of the school,that is,the lack of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,the lack of attention in practical teaching,and the means of informational teaching Behind,there is a contradiction between talent supply and market demand.Finally,drawing on the successful experience of the integration model of vocational education and education in Germany and the United Kingdom,combined with the problems existing in the professional affairs of financial affairs in China,the countermeasures are proposed.First,the curriculum is set according to the needs of professional positions,the curriculum is optimized according to market changes,and the proportion of practical courses is improved.Continuously optimize the curriculum system;second,build a high-level full-time teacher team and optimize the part-time teaching team,and continuously strengthen the construction of the teaching staff;third,reform the practice teaching outline,improve the construction of the campus training base and strengthen the construction of the off-campus training base;The course assessment method includes ensuring diversification of assessment methods,increasing practical ability as an evaluation index and constructing a dual certificate evaluation mechanism.
