| In recent years,there have been many news reports about the Parent Committee(hereinafter referred to as the Family Committee),some of which have even become the hot news of the whole society.However,through sorting out some news reports,it is not difficult to find that these news mainly focus on the family committees in kindergartens,primary schools and junior high schools.In contrast,the high school family committees have a low degree of social concern and a weak sense of social existence.As a bridge for communication and cooperation between families and schools in senior high schools,as a key point to implement family school cooperation in senior high schools,and as a part of the governance system of senior high schools,one of the reasons why the family committee has been so neglected is that its functions have not been fully played,and its operation is inefficient or formalized.Therefore,the author focuses on standardizing and improving the operation mechanism of the senior high school family committee,so as to promote its return to its original responsibility and sound development,thus improving the educational effectiveness of senior high schools,helping senior high schools improve their school governance ability,and better coping with the educational challenges of the new era.This paper takes Hohhot Y High School(hereinafter referred to as Y High School)as the research object.The research methods used include literature,case analysis,interview,questionnaire survey,and analysis according to the organizational structure theory.The research question is: What is the current situation of the operation of the Family Committee of Y High School in Hohhot?What are the problems in this situation? What are the underlying causes of these problems? How should each responsible subject solve these problems by improving the existing operating mechanism,so that the family committee can fully play its role?Through investigation and research,the author found that although Y High School has a three-level family committee structure of "school level-grade-class",has achieved certain results in the construction of the family committee,and has improved the level of family school cooperation,its family committee still has problems in its operation,such as unclear functions,insufficient internal and external system guarantees,and lack of strong input and support from the school.The main reason is that the formation of the family committee members of Y High School is too arbitrary,and the degree of specialization of the family committee work of Y High School is not high,as well as the lack of relevant supervision and evaluation mechanisms.Finally,the author puts forward suggestions for improvement from three aspects: improving the organizational effectiveness of the high school family committee,improving the external participation mechanism of the high school family committee,and building a supervision and evaluation mechanism for the family committee. |
