With the repeated impact of the epidemic on the global economy and the reduction of China’s birth rate,in order to protect people’s livelihood,the state introduced a double reduction policy and after-school delayed service policy starting from education in 2021.These policies have increased public attention to education,and education has become a hot topic at the moment.President Xi once said: "A century-old plan,education-oriented,education-oriented,teacher-oriented",which shows the importance of teachers in education.The introduction of new policy has brought about great changes in the working time and workload of primary school teachers.Work and family are two inseparable parts,and the increased input of primary school teachers in their work will lead to a decrease in investment in the family,resulting in work-family conflicts.Due to the special nature of the work of primary school teachers,teachers’ work-family conflicts can indirectly affect the physical and mental health of minor children.Therefore,how to alleviate the negative impact of teachers’ work and family conflicts in the compulsory education stage in the existing environment has attracted the attention of society and educators.Thesis first introduces the relevant research on work-family conflict and social support in the form of a literature review.Secondly,Thesis conducted a questionnaire survey on 118 SR public primary school teachers in R County,and through data analysis,it was concluded that SR public primary school teachers had a medium level of workfamily conflicts,and more often felt the interference of work on families.Then,through the understanding of the current situation of SR public primary school teachers’ workfamily conflicts,combined with national policies,local conditions,existing studies and the actual situation of the school,the causes of SR public primary school teachers’ workfamily conflicts are analyzed.Finally,Thesis proposes a balancing strategy to alleviate work-family conflicts among SR public primary school teachers.Thesis hopes that through the research on the work-family conflict of SR public primary school teachers,the public can learn more about the current situation among public primary school teachers,and help SR public primary school teachers alleviate work-family conflicts,so as to obtain more social support.
