With the development of economy and society, and improvement of status of women, more and more women set out to engage in business and play important roles in markets. Women who start business have made great contribution to the global economic development and become one of key drivers for development of economy. However, affected by social culture, women entrepreneurs have to be assessed by society for their traditional duty of taking care of their families when they work hard in career. If there are problems for women entrepreneurs to transform between family role and work role, their work, family and physical and mental health will be affected badly. Therefore,researching the relationship of women entrepreneurs’ work and family is meaningful. It helps provide evidence for social workers, the women’s federation and the association of women entrepreneurs to work effectively and develop a set of social support network. The research also can provide some advice for the relevant departments to make social policies of promoting equality between men and women, and the development of women entrepreneurs.A qualitative research was applied, using deep interview method to analyze experience of women entrepreneurs how they deal with work and family.16 women entrepreneurs from the association of women entrepreneurs in Qinzhou, Guangxi were chosen as objects of study. This study describes and analyzes the presentation, reason and influence of work-family conflict and work-family promotion. The research has found that the out off balance of work and family time distribution, working pressure and family responsibility are not key factors caused the conflict of work and family, but how women entrepreneurs regard the relationship of work and family. It comes to conclusion that women entrepreneurs can obtain happy family and successful career at the same time. It’s normal that work and family comes into conflict. Conflict of work and family could be transformed to promotion. The transformation mostly depends on that women entrepreneurs treat work and family properly, change themselves positively. Family members, enterprises, and society are also responsible to create favorable conditions for women entrepreneurs.
