Professional Women Work Family Conflict, Social Support Research

Nowadays, more and more professional women are facing the work family conflict and earged to find a balance between the two.The research aims to find the relationship between the work family conflict and social support for professional women in Nanjing by investigation on 214 professional women and deep interview on 2 ones.The main conclusitions of the paper include:1. The professional women feel more work family conflict than family work conflict and more conflict on time than on pressure.2. There is significant difference between work family conflict on time and family work conflict on time in the variable of age, and so is the situation between work family conflict on time and work family conflict on pressure in the variable of puntion time.3. There is no significant difference for work family conflict in the variable of sex.4. There is significant difference for social support in the sex variable.The men gain more objective and subjective support than women, but lower utilization rate.5. There is significant difference for social support in the variable of marriage status The date of social support is highest when people have married and owned child, lowest when single and middle when married but no child.6. There is significant difference for pressure manifestation in the variable of sex.The data of the total pressure manifestation and physiological manifestation for professional women is higher, but lower in psychological manifestation and behavior manifestation than men.There is significant difference in physiological manifestation.7. Significant relationships are found between work family conflict and social support.8. Significant relationships are found between work family conflict and pressure manifestation and the effect of the factor named work family conflict on time is deeper.
