Problems And Countermeasures Of Skills Training For Returning Migrant Workers In Fengqiu County Of Henan Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In recent years,China has attached great importance to rural work,and the rural revitalization work has been carried out in full swing.Before the reform and development,farmers,as the main production group in China,should also be given living security to migrant workers.Therefore,researchers in both the country and various fields are very concerned about the livelihood of the people.The main component of the countryside is farmers.To achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization,we must start from farmers to solve the problem of migrant workers’ production and employment.After years of practice,the most fundamental problem is the lack of knowledge and skills of migrant workers.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out skills training for migrant workers,which is an important means to enable migrant workers to obtain entrepreneurial ability and job opportunities,so as to solve the problem of "helping for a while" in rural revitalization.This paper takes the rural revitalization work in Henan Province as the research direction to conduct a rough survey first,and finds that Henan Province has done a lot of work in the training of migrant workers,and has given a number of policy support,but the effect is still poor,there are incomplete training content and skills required in the work have not been trained in place,which shows that the role of training has not been implemented in place.Based on these problems,this paper takes migrant workers in Fengqiu County of Henan Province as the research object,investigates the real situation of migrant workers’ training in Fengqiu County,collects data for analysis,sorts out the problems in local migrant workers’ training,and finally summarizes the corresponding strategies through sorting and research to ensure that migrant workers can effectively enjoy the benefits brought by national policies.This paper studies the problem of migrant workers from six directions: The first part is the research background and significance;The second part discusses the research direction and achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on migrant workers’ skills training,which provides reference for this paper.The third part elaborates the content,methods and theories involved in the study,describes the progress of rural revitalization and the current situation of migrant workers’ work in China,investigates the local skills training process for migrant workers,and designs questionnaires and interviews and conducts surveys;The fourth part,after the analysis of the survey results,went to Fengqiu County,Henan Province to conduct field investigation and research,verify the authenticity of the early survey,make statistics on the basic information of the surveyed migrant workers,record their current situation after participating in the training,and summarize the effectiveness of the training for migrant workers in Fengqiu County;The fifth part,through the integration of all the previous research conclusions,found that there are many problems in the skills training of migrant workers in Fengqiu County,such as imperfect policies,incomplete training system,imperfect policy linkage,and so on.The sixth part puts forward constructive suggestions according to the existing problems: Improve laws and regulations and the training mechanism,optimize the skills training system,strengthen the guarantee of training work,and enhance the self-development ability of migrant workers.
