Research On The Activities And Promotion Strategies Of The Gugangxi Campus Mini Basketball Championship

2017 with yao Ming as the core of the Chinese basketball association in Beijing zhangjiawan conference put forward "a little basketball development plan," or "a lead,two driver,the three pillars,four systems" four elements to promote development of mini-basketball,at the same time of examination and approval in Beijing sport university published the mini-basketball rules,the implementation of mini-basketball nationwide promotion.Mini-basketball is for children aged 6-12 years old,who are in a sensitive period of physical and mental development.Participating in sports activities can effectively improve the physical quality of participants,strengthen muscle strength,physical flexibility,hone their will and cultivate teamwork ability at the corresponding development stage.Guangxi is an autonomous region where many ethnic minorities gather.Teenagers and children come from different ethnic groups.Participating in mini-basketball can further realize multi-ethnic integration.By referring to the relevant literature and combining with their own experience in the mini-basketball tournament,the author found that there are some problems in the current situation and promotion of the mini-basketball in Guangxi schools.This paper takes Guangxi campus-mini-basketball tournament as the research object,through questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,SWOT analysis method and other research methods,summarizes the internal advantages and disadvantages of the development of mini-basketball,external challenges and opportunities and other factors to build a SWOT matrix,and summarizes the effective promotion strategies of Guangxi campus-mini-basketball.It provides countermeasures and suggestions for the later development of campus-mini-basketball championships in Guangxi,and provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of national sports field for teenagers and children.The results show that:(1)Internal advantages: Guangxi basketball public has a good foundation;Social groups parents support their children to participate in mini-basketball events;Basketball events have high social recognition.(2)Internal disadvantages: Guangxi Basketball Association lacks the independent consciousness of prefecture-level city basketball association;Lack of school-based curriculum development in mini-basketball characteristic schools;Lack of coaches and other excellent technical personnel;Imperfect hardware infrastructure;Lack of regular training for coaches and referees in mini-basketball tournaments;mini-basketball events resource allocation is not perfect.(3)External challenges: unbalanced factors under the contradiction of learning and training;Competition in similar sports and the normal development of championship events under the epidemic are blocked.(4)External opportunities: government policy support to accelerate basketball reform in China;The promotion of national mini-basketball to achieve the preliminary formation of mini-basketball big data platform;The new trend of Basketball reform in China.In view of the above factors,corresponding promotion countermeasures and suggestions are put forward :(1)Strengthen the implementation of relevant policies in the autonomous region;(2)Establish promotion groups or departments related to mini-basketball events;(3)To build the brand of mini-basketball events and expand the investment of special funds for mini-basketball events;(4)All-round training to strengthen the construction of professional and technical personnel;(5)Use big data platform as a starting point for all-round promotion;(6)Improve the organization of competitions and increase campus culture construction;(7)Use mini-basketball events to connect high-level events and basketball stars,and strengthen the popularization and promotion of mini-basketball events.
