SWOT Analysis And Promotion Path Research For The Present Situation Of Shanghai Pu-dong New Area Campus Mini-basketball

Since the official launch of the "mini-basketball plan" in 2017,all provinces and cities across the country have actively responded to the launch of mini-basketball leagues,and off-campus sports education and training institutions have vigorously carried out mini-basketball training services.The promotion of mini-basketball in the social level has achieved unprecedented success,but the development and promotion of mini-basketball in campus is lagging behind.Based on the promotion of campus mini-basketball in Pu-dong New Area of Shanghai,this paper conducts questionnaire surveys on parents and teachers of mini-basketball primary schools in the district through communication with experts,and analyzes the development status of campus mini-basketball in the district by means of mathematical statistics.Through SWOT analysis for seeking the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats existing in the development process of campus mini-basketball in Pu-dong New Area at this stage,and through the construction of SWOT matrix model related to the research to explore the diversified promotion paths of campus mini-basketball in Pu-dong.The results show that the internal and external factors affecting the development of mini-basketball in Pu-dong New Area are as follows: 1.Internal strengths: minibasketball itself integrates diversified functions;Pu-dong economy boosts Shanghai sports industry to achieve further upgrading;Shanghai Pu-dong basketball card with unique characteristics.2.Internal weaknesses: differences in the importance of minibasketball on campus;narrow publicity channels for mini-basketball on campus and low competition density.3.External opportunities: the "double reduction" policy brings new vitality to school sports;improving demands for the level construction of basketball games and talent cultivation;deeply integrated social digital development with sports.4.External threats: fierce competition in various sports events on campus;contradictions between learning and training and unknown ways of entering college in the physical education college entrance examination;school sports are facing reform in the post-epidemic era.Through the analysis with SWOT matrix of the development of mini-basketball in the campus of the district,the promotion paths are proposed:1.The SO paths of giving play to internal strengths and taking advantage of external opportunities: Cross-boundary linkage of all parties to create a "trinity" campus mini-basketball promotion model;Integrate excellent sport resources to improve the system construction of mini-basketball events in the whole area.2.The WO paths of overcoming internal weakness and seizing external opportunities: Actively implement the "double reduction" policy to create appropriate atmosphere for the development of campus mini-basketball;Build "elementary,junior and senior school" student basketball information system to help the government improve one-stop policy.3.The ST paths of highlighting internal strengths and meeting external threats:To achieve the basic coverage of campus mini-basketball in the whole district guided by education;Carry out multilateral cooperation "mini-basketball poverty alleviation" special program.4.The WT path of limiting internal weaknesses and overcoming external threats:Improve the quality of online mini-basketball courses and increase the parental participation.
