| The class is the main activity place for students in the school.The institutional culture,material culture,interpersonal relationship,moral education,and network environment in the class deeply affect the development and progress of every student in school.As the core branch of campus culture,whether class culture can be comprehensive and scientific will become an important carrier to determine whether campus culture can develop for a long time.Due to their own factors,secondary vocational students are also developing rapidly in terms of physical development and moral development.Effective and rich class culture construction is a way to cultivate students’ good ideological and moral qualities,and it is very important to improve the moral quality of secondary vocational students.Development plays a very important role.In order to analyze the status quo of class culture construction in secondary vocational schools and the status quo of the influence of class culture construction in secondary vocational schools on students’ moral development,based on Kohlberg’s moral development theory,Maslow’s demand theory,and cognitive action theory using questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis,etc.Method to conduct research.Through the self-compiled "Secondary Vocational Class Culture Construction Status Quo" survey of 1251 secondary vocational students,combined with the research of 100 teachers,it was found that the level of cultural and moral education in secondary vocational schools is related to whether there is a perfect management system in the class and the material culture of the class There are significant differences in the degree of emphasis on moral education,the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students,between students and students,whether the class pays attention to the construction of class culture and moral education,network environment security and network morality.Schools and teachers do not pay enough attention to the cultural construction of secondary vocational classes,and the promotion effect on the moral education function of class culture is not obvious;the class system is not perfect,the level of material and cultural construction environment is uneven,the relationship between teachers and students is not completely equal,The penetration of moral elements in the construction of class culture is not deep,and the cognition of network security and network moral awareness is not paid attention to.In addition to the above adverse factors,the survey found that the construction of class culture has an obvious positive effect on the moral development of secondary vocational students.Based on the above reasons,this study focuses on exploring the advantages of secondary vocational class culture construction in improving the moral development of secondary vocational students,so further explore the direction of improving the level of class culture construction.Guided by theoretical research,this thesis integrates literature research,empirical research,action research and other methods,selects Tianhe a Vocational Senior High School and 44 students in a class of the school as objects,and conducts research on the promotion of class culture construction to promote the moral development of secondary vocational students.The research focuses on the five aspects of class system,material culture,interpersonal relationship,moral education penetration,and network environment,and relies on moral education to promote the moral growth of secondary vocational students.Through continuous discovery,reflection,and improvement,the development and implementation of action research is guaranteed.According to the questionnaire survey,the abilities of secondary vocational students in all aspects of moral growth have been greatly improved.According to the existing theories and mainstream ideas,combined with the author’s actual research results and data,the following countermeasures and suggestions are specially designed: establish and improve the class management system,enrich the content and form of class material culture construction,build an equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship,give full play to the moral education function in the class culture,build and improve the class network information platform. |
