Good class culture construction is conducive to students’ physical and mental development and the cultivation of comprehensive quality.For vocational schools,building a class culture with professional characteristics will increase the sense of belonging and responsibility of students.It is helpful to create a united and upward-looking and diligent class style,help students shape professional ethics and professional qualities,and cultivate students’ hardworking spirit and craftsmanship.Secondary vocational schools generally suffer from poor class ethics,students lack of professional literacy craftsmanship,and low employment rates.Under the general environment where the country attaches importance to vocational education,it is particularly important to cultivate skilled talents with comprehensive literacy.The research of construction is an effective way to improve the level of vocational education,cultivate the comprehensive quality of students and increase the employment rate.This article mainly adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and education statistics method.It takes a secondary vocational school as the research object and uses the self-made questionnaires and interview outlines to study the status and differences of the four dimensions of class material culture construction,class spiritual culture construction,class system culture construction and class behavior culture construction.It is to grasp the current situation of class culture construction in a secondary vocational school,understand the existing problems,analyze the causes,and make reasonable suggestions.Through the analysis of the data,the following conclusions are drawn:The overall construction of class culture in a secondary vocational school is at a general deviation level and needs to be improved urgently.Second,in the construction of class material culture,the school does not pay enough attention,the class teacher lacks professional knowledge.Poor material and cultural construction in mechanical and electrical majors,auto repair majors,and computer majors.Third,in the formulation of class rules and regulations and the selection of class committees,there is a lack of formality in democracy and students’ lack of subjective status.Fourth,in terms of class spiritual culture construction,the class teacher has insufficient role and fails to guide students to make a reasonable career planning,resulting in students’ low enthusiasm for learning and lack of hard work spirit.Th e auto repair major and the computer major are relatively poor in cultivating the craftsmanship spirit.Fifth,there are few professional activities in the construction of class behavior and culture.The school does not have a perfect evaluation system for class teachers and classes,which makes the third grade students participate in the activities The enthusiasm is not high.In view of the above circumstances,the following suggestions are proposed:first,increase the degree of attention of the school and build a class environment with corporate culture;second,build a dual-subject operation mechanism for class teachers and students,and improve the class system;third,with career planning as a guide,Cultivate students’ hard work and enterprising spirit;Fourth,cultivate craftsmanship to enhance students’ professional qualities;Fifth,improve the evaluation system to promote the development of class activities;Sixth,strengthen the professional team construction of class teachers and improve the level of class culture construction.
