As an important place for training basic technical talents in China,Secondary Vocational Education provides talent support for economic and social development,and is also an important foundation for popularizing high school education and building a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,the Ministry of Education has promulgated "the several opinions of State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on further strengthening and improving ideological and moral construction of minors" "National Programme for the reform and implementation of vocational education" and other documents,ask for optimizing the education structure,regard the development of secondary vocational education as the important basis of popularize high school education and the construction of vocational education system with Chinese characteristics[1],and the development of education embodied in the "people".Class as a basic unit of the students development,take on a mission of edify students’ sentiment,building the healthy personality and improving the quality of students in an all-round way,in the face of the characteristic of secondary vocational school students,such as weariness phenomenon common,the information be thwarted,strong self-esteem and A weak sense of community,need good class culture to guide,to change the status,reach the purpose of training qualified high-quality technical skilled talents.Be aimed at class culture construction,the author through the method of literature research,investigation study and individual interview,testing with Denison organizational culture model,from the angle of mission.consistency involvement and adaptability,research the present situation of class culture in vocational colleges,then find the problems like:because of the lack of innovation in class activities,students’ voluntary participation were under-powered,class selection mechanism is not democracy,lack of class cohesion and centripetal force,students don’t exactly know the function of them in class development,aiming at these problems,the author based on Denison ’ s theory of organizational culture,starting from the function of organization culture,around the class culture how to play the management function,education function,psychological construction function and so on to explore and analyze,Finally,it puts forward the main strategies for the construction of class culture in secondary vocational colleges,such as the promotion of spiritual and cultural.improve the perfection of system construction and the reconstruction of interpersonal relationship.The innovation of this study lies in exploring the construction of class culture in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of organizational culture.Based on Denison’s organizational culture model,it explores the relationship among the essence of the four traits of participation,consistency,involvement and mission,based on relevant research data,From four aspects of innovative concept cognition,innovative self-cognition,innovative publicity mode and innovative activity form,come up with a strategy of innovative class culture,add new connotation to class culture.
