Vocational education,as an important part of education in China,has been paid much attention by the country and society in recent years.With the continuous introduction of relevant national policies and systems,secondary vocational schools have also ushered in a period of great development and reform,but how to promote school education and teaching in the development,How to improve the comprehensive quality of students has become a difficult problem in front of secondary vocational schools.Class is the basic unit of a school and the most important place for students to live and study,school education and management activities need to be completed through the classes.The class culture is the soul of a class,a nice class culture can create a good atmosphere for students to learn and understand knowledge,a good class opinion guidance can help students establish correct values.Therefore,to promote school education and teaching,to improve students' quality,it is necessary to improve the construction of class,especially the construction of class culture.This paper based on the sample of Yunnan posts and Telecommunications School to study the class culture construction of secondary vocational schools.First of all,in the introduction,it mainly introduces the background,the purpose and significance,the status at home and abroad,the ideas.Secondly,it discusses the relevant concepts and the necessity of studying the class culture construction of secondary vocational schools in the second part.Thirdly,to understand the status of class culture construction in secondary vocational schools by the field questionnaire survey.Fourthly,based on the results of survey data and on-the-job experience,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of class culture construction.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies for the class culture construction problems.At present,the class culture construction of secondary vocational schools has made some achievements,but there are still some deficiencies:Firstly,the content of class cultural construction is not perfect,secondly,the way of class cultural construction is relatively single,thirdly,the subject of class cultural construction is not clear enough,the subjectivity of students has not been fully reflected.Therefore,school administrators should fully realize the importance of class culture construction and provide the foundation for its development;In the practice of education and teaching,our head teacher should deeply study how to construct the class culture,reflect the principal role of students,guide the growth of students with positive values,and cultivate students'healthy mentality.We should be good at gathering the strength of various parties,to enrich the form of activities,so as to promote the development of class culture construction.Only by mastering the correct constructional way can we build a better class culture,promote the educational teaching progress,and cultivate excellent vocational ed ucation talents.After carrying out field observation,questionnaire survey and experience summary,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of class culture construction in secondary vocational schools,points out the existing problems and causes,and puts forward some corresponding improvement strategies.It is hoped that this can provide some references and suggestions for the class culture construction of secondary vocational schools.
