Study On The Stability Of Farmers’ Transfer Employment In Relocation And Resettlement Area For Relocation Of Relocated Poverty Alleviation In Longnan City

As one of the effective measures of poverty alleviation and development,the relocation project in inhospitable areas plays an important role in poverty alleviation and has achieved remarkable results.However,simply moving rural households from one place to another does not mean poverty alleviation.If we do not pay attention to the follow-up development of relocated rural households,the phenomenon of returning to poverty may occur.Therefore,to solve the problem of stable employment and sustainable development of relocated rural households is the focus of the follow-up research of targeted poverty alleviation.In the transition from poverty alleviation strategy to rural revitalization strategy,how to break through the government’s problem of employment assistance for rural households relocated from inhospitable areas and find out the way to reform and solutions.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to study the employment stability of relocated farmers in their subsequent relocation to achieve poverty alleviation and improve the relocation policy of poverty alleviation in local inhospitable areas.In this paper,the centralized resettlement site in Lanzhou New Area will undertake the relocation project with developed transportation and perfect infrastructure.This paper collects the data required by the questionnaire survey.Under the guidance of the theory of full employment,the theory of labor transfer and the relevant experience,the literature in related fields is analyzed by the literature analysis method.By questionnaire survey method,280 farmers were randomly selected to investigate the employment situation of farmers in the resettlement area of Lanzhou New Area.The realistic situation of farmers’ transfer employment was analyzed from the aspects of working characteristics,working conditions,remuneration and job prospects,etc.The stability of farmers’ transfer employment was measured from the micro level,and the influencing factors of the stability of farmers’ transfer employment were deeply discussed by empirical analysis method.And the binary logistic model is used to carry out regression research,through the regression analysis of the factors affecting the stability of farmers’ transfer employment,to find out the difficulties affecting the stability of employment,and from the system,society,farmers themselves to analyze the causes of their difficulties.Based on this,four suggestions are put forward to promote the stable employment of rural households in resettlement areas.First,we need to expand employment space and improve employment stability.Second,expand access to capital to stimulate their own potential;Third,strengthen the pertinence of employment training,improve the quality of training;Fourth,we will improve the mechanism for promoting employment and strengthen institutional guarantees.Thus,it can strengthen the stability of farmers’ transfer employment in resettlement areas,promote economic development,improve living standards,and help relocated farmers achieve sound development.
