Abstract/Summary:
In basketball,dunk,alley-oop,shot blocking and other technical movements are important factors to improve the enjoyment of basketball games,and also one of the important reasons to make basketball popular among the people.The athlete’s lower extremity explosive force is the necessary condition to complete these ornamental technical movements.In order to make the athletes have a good lower limb explosive force,we need to start from the youth of science and correct development of this important physical quality.The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of highintensity interval training on the improvement of lower limb explosive force of young basketball players.The experiment was conducted on 20 junior high school male basketball players for 6 weeks to explore the feasibility of using high-intensity interval training to improve the lower limb explosive force of young male basketball players and the effect of the improvement,providing experimental basis for the lower limb explosive force training methods of young male basketball players.This study studied the effect of high-intensity interval training on the improvement of lower limb explosive force of adolescent male basketball players through experiment,literature and mathematical statistics.First,I summarized the previous research results through the literature method,and selected the training method of high-intensity interval training suitable for training the explosive force of lower limbs of teenagers,and then selected the test index that can accurately reflect the explosive force of lower limbs.Then,using the experimental method,20 junior team members of the men’s basketball team of zibo sports school in shandong province were selected as experimental subjects,and were divided into experimental group and control group.Ten athletes in the experimental group were given six weeks of high-intensity interval training.Ten athletes in the control group were given six weeks of general repetitions.Finally,mathematical statistics were used to conduct independent sample T test on the experimental group and control group before training through SPSS software,which proved that the test scores of the two groups had no significant difference and met the experimental standards.Paired sample T test was performed on the results before and after training of the experimental group and the control group to calculate the significance of high-intensity interval training and general repeated training on the improvement of various test indicators of the subjects.Independent sample T test was conducted between the experimental group and the control group after training to compare the significance of high-intensity interval training and general repeated training to the improvement of various test indicators.(1)the test results before and after the experimental training paired sample T test:the experimental group after 6 weeks of high-intensity interval training,in addition to after the experiment of paired sample T test: the control group after 6 weeks of general repetitions,except the run-up single foot takeoff touch high test result reached significant level(p < 0.05),in on one foot,the other three(3),have no obvious promotion effect on training of the test results of the experimental group and the control group after the independent samples t-test: high touch,place run-up single foot takeoff,"T" word reverse layup three test index of test scores have significantly improved,and the standing long jump,"T" word has a very significant increase.(3)a reverse layup and general repetitions can only make the run-up single foot takeoff touch high test results have significant improvement.(4)compared with general repetitive training,high-intensity interval training takes less time and is more efficient,which plays a role of time-saving and high efficiency.
