Through literature review,it is found that there are few literatures about the effect of complex training on the lower limb explosive power of the college second level basketball players.This article from the sports physiology and sports training and sports biomechanics Angle,literature,telephone interview,delphi,experiment and mathematical statistics were used as the main research methods,through the consult literature at home and abroad and the Beijing Sport University,Shandong Sport University,Wuhan Sport University,Qingdao University and other units of 10 experts and coaches on phone interviews and expert questionnaire,and determine the college second level basketball players lower limbs explosive power index system and complex training program.In addition,teaching experiments and lower extremity explosive power index tests were carried out on 18 college second level basketball players in China National Basketball Academy of Shandong Sport University(Rizhao Campus).Finally,the index system of lower extremity explosive power of the college second level basketball players was clarified and the theoretical system of complex training for basketball was improved.It is expected to provide reference basis for formulating lower extremity explosive power training plan and determining lower extremity explosive power evaluation index for high level basketball players in colleges and universities.The specific research conclusions are as follows:First of all,the standing long jump,3/4 site run,run-up vertical height,run-up vertical jump on one foot,feet jump height,slide,squat jump hang time,relative peak power squat jump,squat jump take-off velocity,squat jump jump height and the squat jump jump impulse index can reflect the second level basketball players lower limbs explosive.The next,in the lower limbs explosive site indicators: after 8 weeks,combined training of sports college basketball in the experimental group of special students standing long jump run,run,3/4 field vertical height,run-up vertical jump on one foot,feet jump height index improvement of lower limbs explosive force is significant impact.In the traditional resistance training,the improvement effect was better than that of the control group,which could improve the performance of the composite slip index,but the improvement effect was not obvious compared with the control group.Then,in the lower limbs explosive dynamics indicators: after 8 weeks,combined training of sports college basketball in the experimental group of special students squat jump hang time and relative peak power squat jump,squat jump take-off velocity,squat jump jump height and the squat jump jump the impulse of the lower limbs explosive index scores increase significantly,the influence of traditional resistance training promotion effect is better than that of control group.After that,after 8 weeks of traditional training,the lower extremity explosive force index scores of students in the control group improved at different levels compared with those before the experiment,which indicated that the traditional resistance training could improve the lower extremity explosive force of students to a certain extent.In the end,after 8 weeks of the experiment,the explosive power index of the experimental group was better improved than that of the control group,which indicated that the complex training method had better effect on improving the lower limb explosive force of the college second level basketball players. |
