After junior high school students enter adolescence,their self-esteem becomes stronger,and their requirements for independence and autonomy become higher,so their parents’ parenting style should also be adjusted accordingly.However,under the dual pressure of poor parenting style and academic performance,more and more students have learning disabilities,and test anxiety is one of the typical poor performance.This study through to the junior middle school students parents psychological characteristics and relationship of control and test anxiety,self-esteem and academic self-efficacy and its parents psychological control and the characteristics of test anxiety between the intermediary role,further reveals the influence factors of test anxiety to find a way to ease the middle test anxiety.665 junior high school students from three middle schools in X City were selected as subjects.The Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale,Parental Psychological Control Level Questionnaire,Sarason Test Anxiety Scale and Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire were used to conduct questionnaires.SPSS25.0 was used to analyze the obtained data,and the conclusions were as follows:(1)There is no significant difference in parental psychological control in gender,being the only child or not and grade;there is significant difference in living in school or not and academic performance.There is no significant difference in living in school,being the only child and grade,but there is significant difference in gender,being class leader and achievement.(2)There are significant differences in self-esteem level of junior middle school students in gender,class leader,grade and performance level,but there are no significant differences in school running,only child and urban household registration.There is no significant difference in gender and only child of junior middle school students in academic self-efficacy,but there is significant difference in different grades,whether they are class leaders or not and their performance level.(3)Parental psychological control has a significant positive correlation with test anxiety,which has a significant negative correlation with self-esteem and academic self-efficacy.Self-esteem and academic self-efficacy are significantly negatively correlated with test anxiety.In addition,there is a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and academic self-efficacy.(4)Self-esteem and academic self-efficacy play a chain mediating role in the process of parental psychological control affecting the test anxiety level.In this regard,this study believes that intervention should be carried out from three aspects: schools and educators,family education and junior high school students.Schools and educators should pay more attention to mental health education.To establish a good teacher-student relationship and promote the all-round development of students;Home school co-education,hand in hand escort.At the level of family education,we should strengthen learning to help teenagers understand themselves correctly and accept themselves.Democracy and equality,communication and interaction,create a good family atmosphere.Junior high school students own level,accurate and objective understanding of self,positive optimism to overcome pressure;Use social support and seek help from others. |
