In November 2021,The General Office of the State Council issued the Notice on The Implementation Plan for Effectively Solving the Difficulties of the Elderly in Using smart Technology,which specified 20 key tasks,including "improving the management of ’health code’ to facilitate the passage of the elderly" and "optimizing taxi travel services for the elderly".In the information society,how does the problem of "digital divide" facing the elderly come into being and how can it be effectively solved? In order to truly let the elderly have more sense of gain,happiness and security in the development of information technology,this is an urgent need to clarify the practical problems.Therefore,in order to make the elderly truly integrate into the information society and truly meet the diversified needs of the elderly,it is also necessary to carry out education for the elderly in the use of intelligent technology,so that the elderly can take the express train of the information age from the inside.Based on social learning theory,this paper takes how to help the elderly to overcome the obstacle of smartphone use as the research problem.Taking the elderly in J Community of Yulin city as the research object,field research method was adopted to collect data through participation observation and interview,and group work method was used to carry out services.At present,the smart phone use disorder in the smart phone use learning group of the elderly in J Community is as follows: first,operation difficulty;Second,text reading disorder;Third,speech recognition disorder;Four is to distinguish false knowledge fraud prevention obstacles.Its requirements are: one is to master the basic functions of mobile phones;Second,the use of mobile phone life;Third,the use of mobile entertainment functions;Four,we will enhance our ability to detect and prevent fraud.Under the guidance of social learning theory,group activities are carried out.Members learn how to overcome the barriers of using smart phones and acquire tips on how to use smart phones by observing social workers’ behavior demonstration,imitating each other and observing each other.In addition,negative emotions and psychology were improved,subjective learning initiative was enhanced,interpersonal communication was expanded,and peer support network was established.The findings are as follows: firstly,social learning theory provides positive guidance for the elderly to overcome their smartphone use disorder;secondly,group work intervention is effective in overcoming the smartphone use disorder of the elderly;thirdly,social work intervention is of great significance in overcoming the smartphone use disorder of the elderly.In addition,the article reflects from three aspects: insufficient activity time arrangement and content design;Lack of time control and dialect familiarity;Fewer links to informal resources.At the same time,also put forward suggestions: social workers should improve group activity design ability;Social workers should enhance their professional sensitivity;Social workers add links to informal resources.
