The emergence of the fact that the group of de facto unattended children has brought about a new round of social problems. How to ensure the survival of this group has attracted the attention of the public.Under the exploration of the society and the government,a basic protection model for de facto unattended children based on the protection mechanism for left-behind children and orphans has been formed. However, the models formed with the help of other groups are always not targeted, and in the face of the fact that children are unsupported, they are often unable to ensure all problems in all aspects.Under the social background of the new era,the speed of social development has slowed down, and it is required to improve the quality of development in all aspects, and to meet the security needs of various groups in society has gradually become the focus of social service considerations. Therefore, how to more comprehensively protect the interests of de facto unattended children, and refined intervention research has become the research theme of this paper.During the professional internship, the author came into contact with the group of de facto unattended children by participating in de facto unattended children project with the theme of "protecting children and holding up hope".Among the many service objects, two families of disabled persons were selected. The facts are compared with unsupported children, and the casework method is used to intervene them,so as to think and give suggestions on the problem of refined intervention services.Firstly, starting from Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory, the article divides the problems faced by the factually unsupported children in the Y area of the author’s participation into three aspects:physiology and safety, belonging and love, respect and self-realization,and makes a general overview. At the same time, the necessity and feasibility of providing refined services for de facto unattended children are discussed.Secondly,in order to study how to carry out fine service intervention on the de facto unattended children, the author divides the de facto unattended children in the region into four categories:the de facto unattended children of disabled persons, the de facto unattended children of prisoners, the de facto unattended children of seriously ill persons and the other, two cases of unsupported children with family facts of disabled persons with the largest proportion of classification were selected, and the whole process of intervention work was analyzed. There are differences in individual abilities, family comprehensive abilities, and resource acceptance levels, which demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of refined intervention services. Finally, after reflecting on the whole work,it is concluded that the intervention of de facto unattended children through refined services has a certain effect, but it is lacking in the personal experience of social workers, the ability to integrate resources, and the refined service content. And put forward suggestions on the refined service work for de facto unattended children, namely:accurate identification and specific work content;refined services to improve the ability of the service team;respect for the individual and explore the client’s own ability.
