Research On The Offensive And Defensive Technical Ability Of Chinese Men’s Three-man Basketball In The 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games

As a new sport,three-man basketball has appeared on the Olympic stage for the first time in 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.According to the ranking of FIBA three-man basketball,the Chinese team directly qualified to participate in the Olympic Games.However,the Chinese team only achieved a record of 2-5 in 7 group matches and failed to reach the group stage,ranking the last among the 8 participating teams.This shows that there is a big gap between the Chinese team and the world’s top teams,and there is still a long way to go for the Chinese team to enter the ranks of the world’s top teams.In this study,the technical capability of attack and defense of the Chinese team in the Olympic Games is taken as the main research object,and literature data method,comparative analysis method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method,rank sum ratio RSR evaluation method,TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method and TOPSIS-RSR fuzzy joint evaluation method are adopted.This paper studies the attack and defense skills of Chinese three-man basketball team and its opponents in the match,and provides some theoretical basis and reference for the future development of three-man basketball in China.The study reached the following conclusions:1.China ranked seventh among the eight competing teams,putting it at a disadvantage in the competition.With an average age of 24.5 years,the Chinese team has the youngest average age of any team in the tournament,and its players lack World Series experience.The players’ BMI and world ranking are far lower than other players in the participating teams,indicating that the Chinese team should pay more attention to the cultivation of players’ physical quality and the improvement of comprehensive strength in the future.2.The overall strength of the Chinese team is weak compared with its opponents in terms of offensive skills.The score and the number of 2-point shots made by the Chinese team were significantly lower than that of the opponents.The opponents were better at free throws,offensive rebounds and turnovers control.The Chinese team has a slight advantage in total field goal percentage,the number and percentage of one-point shots made,and the ability to assist.3.The overall strength of the Chinese team is weak compared with its opponents,with advantages,but the weaknesses are slightly more than advantages.The Chinese team is better at controlling defensive rebounds than their opponents,and equally good at controlling fouls and blocking shots.The opponent’s control ability of losing points is obviously better than the Chinese team and there is a significant difference,the opponent’s tackling ability is slightly stronger than the Chinese team.4.Through the rank-sum ratio RSR evaluation method,it is concluded that the offensive and defensive technical ability of the Chinese team is balanced but weak.The RSR value of China’s offensive technical ability is 0.59,which is at the level of C.The RSR value of China’s defensive skills is 0.53,which is at the level of C.The RSR value of the Chinese team’s offensive and defensive technical ability is 0.43,which is at the level of C.The characteristics of Chinese team’s offensive and defensive technology ability show that the offensive and defensive balance but weak at both ends;5.Through TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation analysis,it is concluded that the Ci value of China team in terms of offensive technical ability is 0.5359;The Ci value of China’s defensive technical ability was 0.4157;In terms of comprehensive offensive and defensive technical ability,the Ci value of the Chinese team reached 0.4770,and the offensive and defensive technical ability of the Chinese team was at the middle and lower level.The characteristics of the offensive and defensive technical ability of the Chinese team showed that the attack was better than the defense,but the offensive and defensive ends were relatively weak.6.Through the TOPSIS-RSR fuzzy joint evaluation method analysis,it is concluded that the offensive and defensive skills of the Chinese team are ranked the fifth in the participating teams.It is concluded that the offensive and defensive skills of the Chinese team are balanced but weak.
