Research On The Characteristics Of Offensive Techniques And Tactics In The Final Four Of 3x3 Men’s Basketball Team In Tokyo Olympic Games

In 2021,3x3 basketball was first taken as an official event of the Olympic Games.Both men’s and women’s basketball teams in China participated in the competition,and the women’s basketball team achieved a bronze medal.However,the results of the men’s basketball team were not satisfactory,and there was a clear gap with the world’s top teams.Tokyo Olympic Games represents the highest level of 3x3basketball in the world.It is imperative to explore the skills and tactics of the world’s top teams through the semi-finals of the Olympic Games and quickly improve the competitive level of 3x3 basketball in China.For this reason,this paper takes the semi-finals of the Olympic 3x3 basketball team as an example,analyzes and studies the semi-finals of the 2021 Tokyo Olympic 3x3 basketball team by using the methods of literature,video analysis,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,and further constructs a Random-Forest model by using Python3 software,and uses the classification regression tree based on Gini coefficient selection characteristics to sort out the importance,combining with relevant theoretical knowledge to study and sort out.This paper initially reveals the winning factors in the semi-finals and the differences in offensive techniques and tactics between the excellent teams,and summarizes the usual techniques and tactics of the world’s 3x3 basketball teams,which provides a theoretical basis for the rapid improvement of the overall level of China’s 3x3 basketball.RESULTS:The basic condition side:the golden age of the three-player system is27-30 years old,the ball-age is more than 7 years,the height of 195-197cm,the weight is between 90-100kg,and the strength and speed are balanced,so as to better adapt to the special characteristics of the three-player basketball attack and defense transition fast,high moving rate,and fierce confrontation.The team lineup combination has three generations of old,middle-aged and young,and has more than three years of experience in the team is more suitable.On the Technical side:（1）Running-shots account for 80.8%of the outside shots,among which dribbling and pull-up jumper account for 43.6%and catch and shoots account for 37.2%.Step-back shooting accounts for 44.9%of outside shooting.Latvia’s two-point shooting percentage is 37%,Serbia pull-up jumper shooting percentage is 33%,and Russia catching and shooting percentage is 60%.（2）Russia has the highest offensive rebound rate,reaching 52.2%,followed by Latvia 36.3%,Serbia 33.3%and Belgium only 21.7%.On average,Russia has a 56.3%chance of getting an offensive rebound and getting a chance to attack again every time it misses an outside shot.On the Tactical side:（1）Each team can get 0.6 points per check-ball sets in the semi-finals on average;Latvia and Russia can get an average of 0.84 points and 0.7points per round;Serbia and Belgium can only get 0.43 points and 0.41 points.Latvia’s best tactics in the semi-finals are elbow-under basket tactics and elbow-wings tactics,which are the only two sets of service tactics in the semi-finals.Horn tactics is the most basic tactics in 3x3 basketball.In total,30 times out of 93 serves,the proportion is 32%.（2）The overall conversion tactical efficiency of the semi-finals is0.49.Serbia has the highest efficiency in transition offence,with an average of 0.65points for each switching attack,while Latvia and Russia have 0.64 points and 0.44points respectively,while Belgium has the lowest efficiency,with only 0.25 points.In addition,the efficiency of each team’s use of single screen cooperation tactics is generally around 0.3,the offensive efficiency of combined screen cooperation tactics is generally above 0.4,the efficiency of low post-up is 0.33,and the efficiency of face-basket iso singles is 0.2.Compared with cooperation,the success rate of relying on individual ability is lower.CONCLUSIONS:（1）The most important technical and tactical indicators affecting the offensive efficiency of 3x3 basketball are:check-ball sets tactical efficiency,2-points rate,offensive rebound rate and transition tactical efficiency.The tactical efficiency of check-ball sets is the technical and tactical index that has the greatest influence on the offensive efficiency.The tactical efficiency of the elbow-under basket and the elbow-wings is the highest,which is the most suitable tactic for the rhythm of modern 3x3 basketball.（2）The 2-points rate is the technical index that has the greatest influence on the offense efficiency.Subject to the12-second attack time limit,the running 2-point shooting has become the most important way to score outside.The two-point shooting,which is good at opening the distance from the defender,has developed into the main outside attack technology.In the stop and shoot mode of running 2-point shooting,the two-foot stride shooting is more stable than the simultaneous landing shooting.（3）In terms of offensive rebounding rate,the order from high to low is Russia,Latvia,Serbia and Belgium.In the game,the number of offensive rebounds obtained by offensive players is in direct proportion to the number of times of rushing and grabbing rebounds.The more times of rushing and grabbing,the less rebounds obtained by opponents without confrontation,and the more offensive rebounds gained.（4）The overall transition tactical efficiency is Serbia,Latvia,Russia and Belgium from high to low.Tactical efficiency:the combined-screen cooperation tactics are higher than the single screen cooperation tactics and higher than the singles efficiency.The most frequently used combined screen cooperation with the best scoring efficiency is hand-off screen,followed by pick-and-roll（twice pick-and-roll）.Among the tactics of single screen cooperation,the use efficiency of off-screen cooperation is the highest,and the use frequency of hand-off screen cooperation is the most.（5）Latvia ranks first among the top four teams in shooting efficiency（0.7）,two-points rate（37%）,serving tactical efficiency（84%）,the number of transition fast attacks（9 times）,the efficiency of transition fast attacks（0.78）and the number of drives scores（9 times）.They fully displayed their characteristics of fast speed,good technique,good ability to bring the ball,accurate outside shooting,abundant physical fitness and fast transition attack,and finally won the championship.（6）The Russian team ranks first among the top-four teams in offensive rebounding rate（52.2%）and moving 2-point shooting rate（44%）.In the game,the Russian team scored a lot of points in the inside by taking advantage of its strength and strong confrontation,and at the same time controlled the ownership of rebounds.By taking advantage of the strong shooting ability of outside players in the movement,the Russian team projected a lot from the outside,further improving the offensive efficiency and finally winning the 2^ndplace.
