Research On The Impact Of Population Aging On The Development Of Internet Economy

With the Chinese population aging stage entered,the Chinese population structure changed,the social labor force,the population consumption structure and so on various changes,the inevitable effect on the Internet economy.The aging population means that the total amount of pension security and social expenditure will increase,and the allocation of more government and social funds and fiscal expenditure will affect the source of funds for the development of financial development and Internet economy,thus limiting the development of Internet economy.Based on this,this thesis studies the influence of aging population on the development of Internet economy from the perspective of financial development.Based on the data of population aging and Internet economy in 30 provinces and cities from 2011 to 2020,this thesis establishes principal component analysis model and multiple regression model with the help of stata software,analyzes the situation of population aging,Internet economic development index and financial development index,and further tests the impact of population aging on Internet economy.This thesis tries to analyze the moderating effect of financial development on the relationship between the two,and the moderating effect of regional geographical location and regional economic characteristics on the relationship between the two.The following conclusions are obtained:the proportion of aging and the ratio of elderly dependency are not conducive to the development of financial development and Internet economy;Financial development plays a significant moderating effect on the influence mechanism of population aging on Internet economy;Population aging in different geographical locations has a significant negative impact on the Internet economy,but the degree of impact is different.The characteristics of regional economy will significantly regulate the impact of population aging on the development of Internet economy,and the regulatory effect of financial development in the mechanism of population aging on Internet economy has regional differences.
