In view of the growing demand for talent due to the rapid development of the e-commerce industry in the current enterprises and the increase in the national attention to secondary vocational education,the analysis found that: in the process of e-commerce talent training,secondary vocational schools are one of the important bases for talent training.However,it cannot fully meet the talent needs of enterprises,and some secondary vocational schools cannot meet the standards of meeting social needs.If the vocational school wants to improve the school level,the teaching of the curriculum is very important.Therefore,the teaching design as the teaching basis should be adjusted.Based on instructional design,collaborative learning,and constructivism learning theory,using literature records analysis,questionnaire surveys,and interviews to study the teaching design of the course "Introduction to E-commerce" in an e-commerce major in a secondary vocational school in Henan Province.The following problems exist in teaching design: inaccurate expression of teaching objectives,vague teaching links,and neglect of teaching evaluation.Combined with the analysis of the characteristics of the learners,it is concluded that although the school’s instructional design is based on the curriculum standards,it does not combine the characteristics of the teaching objects(learners),so there will be problems in the design and design of the curriculum’s teaching plan.Aiming at the problems found in the teaching design of the course "Introduction to E-commerce" of the school,the three aspects of teachers should master the standards of teaching target design,elaborate teaching methods,and improve teaching evaluation ability,and propose improvements and construct teaching design models.Through the introduction of task-driven in the model,improve learners’ classroom participation and mobilize learners’ enthusiasm;by providing help and consultation during the completion of learners’ tasks,cultivate learners’ ability to find their own learning methods;encourage learners to carry out group cooperation to improve the efficiency of learner task completion and exercise the learner’s collaborative learning ability;finally,after the learner task is completed,according to the content submitted by the learner,a combination of general explanation and individual guidance is used to analyze and evaluate knowledge,So that learners can know their mastery of knowledge and skills after the task is completed,and deepen their thinking about their deficiencies.Through the combination of theory and practice,the improved instructional design effectively stimulates learners’ interest in learning and helps learners better understand and master the basics of e-commerce.At the same time,the learner’s moral education work,learning attitude and ability habits have also made progress,learning self-confidence has also been relatively improved,and has achieved the goal of promoting students’ comprehensive ability training. |
