| With the development of social economy and the change of science and technology,China’s logistics industry has made rapid development,which puts forward new requirements for the comprehensive vocational ability of logistics talents.In order to promote the same-frequency resonance of vocational education and social and economic development,the cultivation of logistics talents has become the focus of attention in the educational circles.As the main camps of training talents in vocational education,secondary vocational schools must reflect on how to cultivate students’ vocational ability,so as to realize the sustainable development of logistics specialty.Therefore,this study will start from the perspective of COMET vocational ability,sort out the problems existing in the process of cultivating vocational ability according to the investigation and analysis of the teaching situation of logistics major courses,and integrate the idea of COMET vocational ability into secondary vocational colleges.In the process of professional course teaching in schools,a design framework of course teaching mode is formed which meets the requirements of vocational ability training of logistics students in secondary vocational schools.Based on the perspective of COMET vocational ability,the existing teaching mode are integrated and applied to improve the course teaching effect and students’ vocational ability,so as to promote the theoretical research and practical application of logistics professional course teaching in secondary vocational schools.This study first expounds the research background,research significance,research methods,etc.,and sorts out the research on vocational ability training,vocational education and teaching mode,logistics professional course teaching mode and COMET vocational ability perspective teaching application from different angles,and summarizes relevant literature conclusions.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical concepts,the concepts of vocational ability,COMET vocational ability model and teaching mode are defined,and theoretical thoughts such as situational learning theory are studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for the application of logistics course teaching mode of secondary vocational schools from the perspective of COMET vocational ability.Then,through the use of questionnaire,interview,observation and other research methods,the process and present situation of vocational logistics students’ vocational ability training are deeply analyzed,and the application status of logistics teaching mode,classroom teaching status of teachers,enterprises and enterprises are also analyzed.Understand the needs of talents comprehensively,explore the problems existing in the application of the teaching mode of logistics courses in secondary vocational schools,and analyze the feasibility of applying COMET vocational ability concept to logistics courses in secondary vocational schools,so as to provide sufficient basis and reasons for the follow-up teaching applications.In addition,following the construction requirements of COMET vocational competence model,the contents and competence index of the three-dimensional competence model are determined,and the teaching mode framework of logistics major courses in secondary vocational schools is designed from three angles: teaching preparation,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.After that,through the application of teaching practice cases,the concept of COMET vocational ability was introduced into the teaching of logistics courses,and the existing teaching models are integrated and applied.Finally,according to the application and implementation of the logistics professional course teaching mode from the perspective of COMET vocational ability,the whole course teaching was comprehensively studied and summarized,and the shortcomings were found,and corresponding research strategies and prospects were given,which provided a reference for optimizing the vocational ability training system of logistics students in secondary vocational schools. |
