Research On Innovation Of Logistics Management Mode Of Secondary Vocational School Based On PPP Model

Firstly,this paper expounds the research background from four dimensions:macro policy background,economic environment background,industry development background and case object realistic background.Then,it combs and comments on the relevant domestic and foreign literature of logistics management and PPP,and tries to clarify the current domestic and foreign research on logistics management,as well as the application of PPP mode through reading a lot of literature.At the same time,it also combs and expounds the relevant theories and concepts,including the theoretical basis of the subject involved in this study,and the interpretation and elaboration of several key terms in this paper.Next,through the detailed analysis of the principles,objectives,conditions for successful implementation of PPP mode and the feasibility of its application in logistics management,this paper attempts to build a generalized PPP theoretical model,and add the specific content of logistics management on the basis of the generalized PPP theoretical model,and then add the specific content of secondary vocational school logistics management to the model for the next step Lay a good foundation for case analysis.Then,this paper selects Zhengzhou Economic and trade school as the case empirical analysis object,and through the way of questionnaire survey,carries on the questionnaire survey to the whole school staff before the PPP model transformation,and obtains the first-hand information of the project satisfaction of the existing three sectors.Next,using PPP theory model,the innovation and application of logistics management mode in four parts of the project are carried out,and the feasibility and effect of the application are analyzed in detail.In the successful implementation of PPP model,in order to further understand the implementation effect,the author conducted a second survey,and carried out a detailed analysis of the survey results,and found that the satisfaction of each sector was significantly improved,and the logistics management model innovation under PPP model was successfully implemented.Finally,the conclusion is drawn: the logistics management of secondary vocational schools can introduce PPP model for innovation,and can achieve very good practical results.This study can also provide reference for other secondary vocational schools to carry out logistics management innovation application based on PPP model.
