With the development of social economy,economic globalization and regional integration,China’s logistics industry is rising rapidly,and the demand for logistics services and management talents continues to expand.Logistics education,especially logistics vocational education,has received extensive attention.At present,vocational education provides a large number of technical and management talents for the logistics industry.With the rapid development of the logistics industry,it is also facing the reality that the training of logistics talents does not match the demand for talents in the logistics industry,resulting in a contradiction between the demand for logistics talents and the education of logistics talents.Therefore,improving the quality of logistics personnel training and providing qualified personnel for the industry has become a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Among them,the fundamental of training personnel who meet the requirements of the industry is the curriculum.This thesis consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction which mainly introduces the research background,the problems raised in the general environment,the purpose and significance of the research,the research ideas and methods,the literature review and the theoretical basis;The second part is the survey of the current situation of the secondary vocational logistics professional curriculum system in Heyuan City,Guangdong Province.It is mainly based on the development of the local logistics industry to conduct research on the training objectives,curriculum settings,training room construction,school-enterprise cooperation,teaching content and teaching guarantees of the secondary vocational logistics professionals of the three local schools,discover their own school curriculum insufficiency of the system,and solutions are proposed;The third part is the analysis of the professional ability requirements on logistics professionals in secondary vocational schools,which mainly investigates the positions,work content and related enterprise logistics departments for logistics graduates of secondary vocational schools.Based on ability,combining the source of students and employment needs,the need for secondary school logistics talents from local enterprises is concluded;The fourth part is the optimization design part of the curriculum system,which mainly focuses on the needs of job vocational ability,professional ability corresponding to the curriculum matrix to build a curriculum system,typical job tasks creating a learning situation,and advocates“student-centered” action-oriented teaching,exploring the process of professional ability assessment,and perfecting the supporting conditions;the fifth department is the demonstration of the optimization of the curriculum system,which mainly invites experts to demonstrate the optimization of the curriculum system,and observes the situation of enterprise participation,teachers’ teaching and research and students’ learning during the trial implementation;The sixth part is the summary and prospects.Based on the problems existing in the logistics curriculum system of Heyuan Polytechnic School,this thesis sorts out the employment positions,work tasks and promotion paths for logistics students through in-depth investigations,refines typical work tasks and professional ability needs,follows the development needs of students,and is oriented toward further studies and Employment,supporting optimization of logistics personnel training curriculum system that meets market demand.
