School social work developed in the United States at the beginning of the 20th century.Social workers are posted to school premises to assist schools in achieving their educational objectives.However,the school social work from the western social environment,to successfully landed in China is still facing many problems.For example,the school lacks the cognition and acceptance of school social work,and the content of school social work is confused with the content of psychological consultation,Moral Education or student work In the role positioning,the role of duplication or confusion.The roles and functions of school social workers are unclear,and there is no clear boundary between them and other jobs.As the intern social worker of XX organization,the author finds that the school social worker in the organization also faces the problem of role overload.Through the field survey of social workers in schools,according to the results of the scale and interview results,screening out three intervention service objects.Considering the author’s ability,I decided to learn how to intervene with the supervisor first,and then try to intervene in the rest of the service object.On the basis of problem prediction,the task-center model is selected as the intervention model,and the reasons for role overload of each service object are analyzed in-depth,and a feasible service plan is formulated according to the needs,in the process of intervention,work out the tasks that need to be completed together with the service object,and finally evaluate the effect according to the completion of the tasks,finally,the paper discusses the effectiveness and applicability of task-center model in solving the problem of role overload of school social workers.According to the research results,it can be concluded that it is feasible and effective to use task-centered model to intervene the role overload of school social workers,this paper also discusses the application scope and limitation of the task-center model in the role overload of school social workers,and finally puts forward some suggestions to solve the role overload of school social workers from four angles,first of all,in the process of intervention,it is necessary to establish a professional relationship of trust and coordination with the service object,secondly,it is necessary to establish a sound school social work system to enhance the awareness of school social workers to ensure the training and construction of school social workers;To strengthen the relationship between school-based social workers and service schools is conducive to the completion of professional services for school social workers.Finally,the government advocated to enhance the awareness of school social workers,and better promote the development of social work in local schools,to achieve good educational purposes and significance.
