A Study On The Role-playing Dilemma Of Social Workers In Government Purchased Services And Its Influencing Factors

Social Work Station is the main way to embed professional social work into community public service,and it is also the way of government purchasing service.As the main body of professional social work service,social workers’ role-playing in social work station will directly affect the quality of community public service,in-depth analysis of the factors affecting their role choice is conducive to enhance the level of socialization of civil service,to build a co-governance and sharing of social governance pattern.Based on the practical experience of M Social Work Station,this study analyzed the role-playing of social workers in government service purchase through interviews and participant observation,on this basis,the social support theory and social system theory are used to further explore its deep-seated factors,so as to promote the individual to professional and industry of continuous reflection.The results show that the role-playing problems of social workers in government purchasing services are mainly manifested as role conflict and role ambiguity.Among them,professional and administrative conflict,contract equality and actual inequality of the conflict is the social workers talk about the most is the most obvious feeling of the two major role conflict points.In the unclear roles,the support system of social workers is disordered or even down-regulated,which is manifested by the multiple roles of the supervisor,the confusion of the roles of the community and the existence of multiple roles among social workers.When analyzing the influencing factors of social workers’ role-play,this paper divides the three factors of social support into dimensions.From the perspective of development,the misplacement of promotion system and the mismatch of income and job and the lack of security lead to social workers’ reluctance to develop in the professional field.From the perspective of personal factors,the low professional identity of social workers and the inevitable cognitive dissonance of social work interns are the two major subjective factors that affect social workers’ role playing.From the perspective of environmental factors,the disconnection between social work education and practice,the lack of stickiness in the emotional support of institutions,and the difficulties caused by multiple supervision are the environmental factors that lead social workers to vacillate in different roles.
