Research On The Role Transformation Of Social Workers In Environmental Governance From The Perspective Of "institution-life

As an important way of "top-down" response to environmental crisis,environmental governance has been popular in the field of natural sciences since its inception.It mainly promotes the restoration of ecological system by means of technological innovation.But in recent years,a series of social causes and social influences derived from environmental problems have constantly stimulated the humanities to participate in the wave of environmental governance,expecting it to meet people’s needs for a better ecological environment in the new era through different intervention ideas.Environmental social work,as a branch of social work,has two different approaches to environmental governance.On the one hand,it expands the concept of "environment" and tries to change the traditional values of social workers.On the other hand,it tries to re-establish the relationship between "person and person" and "person and environment" under the environment structure.This study is a practical study of environmental social work,reflecting on the role transformation path of social workers participating in environmental governance from the theoretical paradigm of institutions and life.First of all,through the "observation method" and "interview method" to generally understand the current situation of environmental protection social work institutions in the province participating in environmental governance,and combined with the social action theory of Max Weber,summed up two types of environmental protection action mode of social workers under the ideal state.Secondly,with "action research" and "process-event" as analysis methods to the institutionalization of time and space,life space and time,and across time and space under the social workers seven environmental events of lyrics,and social workers in the event and the participants to establish the relationship between the main body of contrast,to analyze the social worker’s role under the different field.Finally,through the reconstruction of a "three-in-one" role transition analysis framework,in order to explore the social workers in the process of environmental governance,the relationship between institutions and life balance.In a word,this study is aimed at forming a dialogue atmosphere between theory and practice of environmental social work in the local context.
