Research On Social Work Intervening In Community Environmental Sanitation Governance

In order to speed up the construction of ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China,the ecological environment has become an important direction for the future development of Hubei Province.All parts of the province have carried out the work of improving the living environment.Taking C Community in Hubei Province as an example,this study explored the path of social work involvement in community environmental health governance,and combined with the actual action process,put forward revision suggestions,so as to provide experience reference for rural community environmental health governance.The action research process,the social workers try to community social organizations incubation cultivation way to drive the C community environmental health,a clampdown on community education,advocacy,community volunteers training as the main content,promote the environmental protection consciousness of community residents,improve the community environmental health condition,encourage the enthusiasm of community social organizations to participate in community service effective growth,basic form foster community residents,volunteers to drive the linkage of governance mode.However,the lack of funds for community environmental health construction,the lack of resources integration and the singleness of service activities also cause great resistance to community environmental health governance actions.After summarizing the resistance and assistance of community work in community environmental health governance,suggestions are put forward from two aspects: first,regarding community environmental health governance,it is suggested to strengthen the multi-organization contact in the community,integrate internal and external resources,and pay attention to experience learning and mode exploration.Second,regarding social work’s involvement in community environmental health governance actions,it is necessary to find its own positioning,pay attention to professional development,reasonably plan service work,and standardize financial management.
