With the continuous advancement of the double reduction policy and the reform of the new curriculum,improving students’ key competences has increasingly become a new focus of middle school moral education research.Ideological and political courses are the main channel of moral education in middle schools.The research on the integration of teaching and evaluation of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior middle schools can further promote teachers to truly become the guides of students’ learning,and also enable students to actively participate in learning.To achieve the goal of improving the core literacy of students,so as to effectively improve the quality of education.To improve students’ key competences as well as the quality of education,the study is done.On the basis of the previous research,combined with the junior high school "morality and the rule of law" curriculum standards and the new background of education reform,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation and investigates the current situation of the integration of teaching and evaluation of "morality and the rule of law" in junior high schools deeply.Several problems have been found in the survey,such as the separation of teaching and learning,teaching evaluation by using one standard.Focusing on these problems,the study builds the basic framework for the integration of teaching and evaluation in the course of ethics and the rule of law.And apply this model to an actual classroom.The model integrates teaching,learning,and evaluation in the classroom to achieve a trinity,which not only stimulates students’ interest in learning,but also improves teachers’ teaching ability and evaluation literacy,better play the role of teachers as guides,and make students truly become subject of the classroom.Based on these analysis,the full text is divided into three parts:The first part: Starting from the educational goal of building morality and cultivating people in the new era,the study reviews the current research status of the integration of teaching evaluation both at home and abroad,and puts forward the research significance and innovation of this paper.Taking the implementation of the double reduction policy as the background,This paper on improving students’ key competencies,and aims to improve students’ learning efficiency,integrates teaching evaluation throughout the entire teaching process forming a structural framework for the integration of classroom teaching evaluation of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high schools.To carry out the basic task of establishing virtue and assess students,the study provides new teaching methods and ideas for taking every ideological and political course well.Implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and taking every ideological and political course well provides new classroom teaching methods and ideas.The second part defines the related concepts,clarifies the connotation of the integration of teaching evaluation.It also uses the literature review method to analyze the theoretical basis of the integration of teaching evaluation at home and abroad,and puts forward the implementation goals of the integration of teaching evaluation;uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the junior high school.The practical application of the integration of teaching and evaluation in the course "Ethics and the Rule of Law".The survey has found several problems in the integration process of teaching evaluation in the current junior high school "morality and rule of law" course,teachers’ teaching analysis is not in place,teaching goals and learning goals are inconsistent,the teaching process is not synchronized with the learning process,and the teaching evaluation is not in place.The attribution of these problems is as follows:teachers’ teaching objectives are not clear enough,teachers’ teaching design is simple and rough,teachers’ teaching evaluation effect is weak,and students’ core literacy is lacking.In response to these problems,this paper promotes a series of strategies for the integration of teaching evaluation in the junior high school "Morality and the Rule of Law",and founds a general framework for the integration of teaching evaluation to determine learning topics,condense learning objectives,create learning activities,and design learning evaluation.The third part designs a teaching case to implement the concept of integration of classroom teaching evaluation of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school by using the case analysis method,and taking "Pursuit of Cohesion Value" as an example.The study improves the teaching plan by carrying out the following five steps — formulating the research aims,select teaching contents,detailing teaching aims,investigate teaching methods,defining evaluation task.The outcome will be showed in a series of teaching cases in order to provide new ideas for teaching practice.The five steps of researching teaching methods and clarifying evaluation tasks are to,and to carry out teaching evaluation throughout the entire teaching activities to carry out teaching practice.Throwing bricks to attract jade.This paper makes innovations in research angle,research framework and application.Combined with the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people under the background of the new era,teaching evaluation runs through teaching and learning,forming new classroom teaching methods and ideas,and new research perspectives;starting from the learning theme,integrating teachers’ teaching,students’ learning,The three integration of teaching evaluation is a whole,and the research framework is new;the integrated framework of teaching evaluation is established to solve the current low efficiency of the classroom and the inability to timely feedback students’ learning situation.Based on the classroom,it has strong practical application significance and a new application angle..In summary,this paper provides a new theoretical basis and research method for front-line teachers to implement core literacy in the classroom,and lays the foundation for front-line teachers’ next classroom research.In practical application,this paper uses case analysis to help teachers integrate teaching evaluation into classroom activities,promote the achievement of students’ learning goals,and truly implement the cultivation of students’ core literacy.
