With the development of modern educational theory, evaluation is no longer a single judgment function, and the integration of teaching and evaluation has received greater attention. The consistency of "teaching learning evaluation" has gradually become the focus of research on classroom teaching in the educational field. The consistency of "teaching learning evaluation" usually refers to the teaching of teachers, the learning of students, and the evaluation of students in the classroom. It emphasizes the consistency of the three points towards the goal, and the three are interdependent and inseparable in teaching practice, playing an important role in teaching. This not only meets the requirement of emphasizing the consistency of "teaching learning evaluation" in the 2022 edition of compulsory education curriculum standards, but also the requirement of changing evaluation methods in the new era of evaluation reform. In addition, there is an urgent need to improve the classroom teaching of middle school morality and the rule of law. Therefore, this article takes the consistency of "teaching learning evaluation" as the starting point to conduct research on the design of moral and legal education in junior high school.Based on relevant literature and theory, the study developed a teacher interview outline,a student questionnaire, and a classroom observation form.Three middle schools were selected as the research subjects, and eighteen middle school moral and legal courses were observed through classroom observation forms. At the same time,semi-structured interviews were conducted with teachers using interview methods, questionnaires were distributed to students using questionnaire survey methods, and teaching design texts were analyzed using text analysis methods,Gain a deep understanding of the teaching design of middle school ethics and the rule of law.Research has found that there are certain problems in the design of moral and legal education in junior high school: unclear teaching objectives; The design and behavior of teaching are inconsistent;Teaching, learning, and evaluation do not match. The main reasons for its occurrence are as follows: in terms of teaching objectives, teachers have a certain level of goal awareness but do not set the goals accurately, and do not attach enough importance to curriculum standards; In terms of teaching activities, they are disorganized and often mere formality; In terms of teaching evaluation, there is a lack of teacher evaluation literacy and improper evaluation methods.Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward specific optimization strategies for the existing problems, taking the consistency of "teaching learning evaluation" as the starting point and the theory of taxonomy of educational objectives, reverse instructional design theory and learning evaluation theory as the guidance. One is to strengthen teachers’ awareness of goals, optimize goal design, and adhere to goal orientation. The second is to improve the level of classroom evaluation, leverage the motivational role of evaluation, and build an efficient classroom. The third is to scientifically create teaching designs, enrich teaching activities, and make teaching activities highlight the content that should be present. In addition, using the reverse teaching design method,a one-hour teaching design for "Treating People with Etiquette" based on the consistency of "teaching learning evaluation" was carried out from three aspects: teaching objective design, evaluation task design, and teaching activity design.Teaching practice was attempted, and multiple evaluation methods were used in the classroom, and good results were achieved in classroom effects and quizzes,in order to provide guidance for practical teaching. |
