In 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council deliberated and adopted the "Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era",which pointed out that it is necessary to establish a scientific and educational evaluation mechanism and system that meets the requirements of the times,and since then,the teaching evaluation of ideological and political courses in the new era has become an important organic part of the education of people for the party and the country.In addition,with the continuous advancement and deepening of China’s basic education curriculum reform and the new goal of "running a satisfactory education for the people",the teaching evaluation system that attaches importance to knowledge transfer as the teaching evaluation index has no longer met the education and teaching requirements of the newly promulgated "Compulsory Education Curriculum Plan and Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)".Studies have shown that high-quality teaching evaluation has a significant effect on improving students’ academic performance,learning motivation,social skills,mental health and teacher quality,and teaching style improvement.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a corresponding theoretical system of teaching evaluation.The research on the developmental evaluation strategies of students in the junior high school "Ethics and the Rule of Law" course is divided into four parts.The first chapter focuses on the concepts and theoretical basis of developmental assessment in the context of the new curriculum standard,and discusses the theoretical significance of the use of developmental assessment.Chapter 2 explains the new requirements and significance of developmental evaluation in the context of the new curriculum standard,focusing on the core competencies of the subjects proposed by the new curriculum standard,and thinking about how to apply developmental assessment to the junior high school "Ethics and the Rule of Law" course.Chapter 3 discusses the current situation of developmental evaluation in junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law" courses,and counts and analyzes the problems and causes of developmental evaluation in junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law" courses through questionnaire surveys.Chapter 4 expounds the strategies for the developmental evaluation of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" course in junior high schools under the background of the new curriculum standard,mainly starting from three levels and proposing corresponding construction strategies.Firstly,clarify the connotation and essence of the core competencies of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools,follow the corresponding discipline goals and principles,and improve the institutional mechanism of home-school-community collaborative education,so as to promote the implementation of developmental evaluation more scientifically and accurately;Secondly,focus on the evaluation atmosphere and evaluation awareness to help the implementation of developmental evaluation;Finally,on how to improve the quality and ability of developmental evaluation of teachers and students,it is proposed to practice the concept of comprehensive human development,build an educational relationship between teachers and students,students and parents and children to develop together,and carry out preservice and post-service developmental evaluation literacy training for the profession of teachers.
