In the process of social development,the mental health problems faced by children and adolescents have attracted the continuous attention of many subjects.For vulnerable children,the state has issued relevant policies to provide psychological services and promote the development of physical and mental health.As a more positive perspective,resilience has been introduced into the practical field more and more.This study takes the vulnerable children in M District of S City who are in the stage of compulsory education and lack or improper family supervision as the research object,systematically analyzes the current situation and causes of their resilience,and selects two vulnerable children with low resilience in primary school and junior middle school to intervene in social work cases,so as to improve their resilience.In the specific intervention process,combined with the characteristics and needs of children’s physical and mental development,play therapy was used for 2 vulnerable children in primary school and reading therapy was used for 2 vulnerable children in junior middle school.Four vulnerable children were involved in social work cases six times respectively,and the intervention effect was comprehensively evaluated by using the evaluation methods of pre-test and post-test comparison,goal check,satisfaction survey,feedback from important others,self-evaluation of the case owner and social workers.The final results show that the level of resilience of vulnerable children has been improved to varying degrees,and the intervention of social work can effectively promote the improvement of resilience of vulnerable children.The study also found that vulnerable children in junior middle school can reduce the negative impact of the family and rely on their own strength to improve the level of resilience.The intervention effect of vulnerable children in primary school is greatly affected by the changes of family members,and what social workers need to do is to carry out personalized services according to the differences of individuals and environment.This study provides practical experience for the intervention of resilience of vulnerable children,and has strong experience reference and promotion significance for similar case intervention,so as to provide more accurate and effective specific services for vulnerable children.
