Under the background of China’s rapid economic development and changes in the main contradictions in society,the demand for technical personnel in various industries is increasing day by day.Therefore,in vocational colleges,how to improve the teaching quality of vocational colleges is a problem to be solved.Due to the restrictions of the ideological concept of fraction alism,vocational school students have been hit to varying degrees after failing the college entrance examination,and most of them have not received due attention and care in school,family and society.Such groups are seen as having no future.At present,resilience has become a hot issue,and many results have been achieved in providing assistance to vulnerable people in all aspects.At present,there are relatively few relevant studies on the resilience of vocational school students to psychological stress.The practices and outcomes of social work in coping capacity building were analysed.Taking a secondary vocational school in JM as the research object,this paper evaluates and analyzes students’ psychological resilience,emotional management and emotional needs by questionnaire and semi-structured interview.The results showed that they had greater needs in self-confidence,emotional management,family emotional support,interpersonal assistance and goal management.On this basis,the author uses related teaching methods such as "advantage theory" and "social learning theory" in teaching,emphasizing the interaction between individuals and the environment.At the micro level,social work groups are the mainstay,supplemented byimme diatepersonal psychological counseling to evaluate the resilience of vocational school students.This paper discusses the construction of campus culture for secondary vocational school students from a macro perspective.The results of this study show that social work practice can integrate students’ individual level with school situations to improve students’ tolerance of stress.The results showed that the psychological capacity of secondary vocational school students could be improved;Parents,class teachers and social workers form a good interactive relationship,which is conducive to improving the stress ability of college students.In view of how to improve the adaptability of secondary vocational college students,the author analyzes from the following aspects: build a sound support system at the three levels of "family-school-society" and strengthen external support capabilities;Integrate the advantages of interdisciplinarity and integrate multiple business models;Continuous follow-up with customers to make it effective in the long term.
