With the rapid development of Internet technology, mobile networks have brought great convenience to people's work, study and life. After “00”,it is a generation that is deeply affected by mobile networks.Secondary vocational students are in a period of self-character and self-identity,and psychology is prone to negative emotions. In the absence of self-awareness,lack of self-adjustment ability and weak external support, the occultity, freedom and diversity of the network attract secondary vocational students, which makes them have a “space” of paralysis and gradually become lost in the network.Self-emotional emotions, behavioral performance, goal orientation and other aspects have problems.Based on the current situation, the author takes the class D students of S senior high school in Wuhan as the service object, based on the development model concept, using the group work method, taking social work classroom as the form, and based on the self-regulation theory, carries out social work services.First, through the needs assessment, determine the theme of “network self-adjustment”.Second,further understand the network needs and existing problems of secondary vocational students through interviews and observations. And then from network cognition, network sentiment, network behavior and network target positioning.Four levels of targeted design service programs, social work services.Finally,quasi-experimental methods to test the effectiveness of services.Based on the whole service, the author draws four conclusions: First, the cyber cognition of secondary vocational students, the generalization of network negative emotions and the laissez-faire of emotional management, the deviation of network behavior and the lack of awareness and action of network target positioning. In essence,it is a manifestation of the weak self-adjustment ability of secondary vocational students.Second, the multiple problems of secondary vocational students in the network are based on their own cognitive deficits, inaccurate target positioning,peer-to-peer atmosphere “gamification”,lack of school education, lack of family sentiment and vicious competition in online business.Result of joint action.Thirdly, the social self-adjustment of social work involved in secondary vocational students has a certain effect, which has improved the level of self-adjustment ability of secondary vocational students on the network in terms of cognition, emotion, behavior and target orientation.Fourth, the development model is based on the comprehensive development of human beings. It integrates with the three categories of emotion, behavior and desire of self-regulation theory and the three processes of self-observation,self-judgment and self-reaction.The perspective of the development model runs through the entire process of network self-adjustment.Self-regulation integrates all thinking and action effectively to achieve the desired goals.
