Group Social Work To Enhance The Stress Resistance Of Mobile Teenagers ——Take XX Community In Shenyang City As An Example

Instress refers to the ability to respond and resist difficulties,affected by internal advantages,external support and personal efficiency factors;from the perspective of "people in the situation",resistance can be understood to adjust their status to the various situations faced in study and life,and achieve good fit with the environment.AccordingThrough the investigation of mobile teenagers in XX community in Shenyang,it is found that the insufficient stress resistance of floating teenagers is not unique,mainly manifested in low self-worth,lack of confidence,lack of successful experience,insufficient efficiency factors,insufficient support network,life adaptation difficulties and so on.Social workers in understanding of Shenyang XX community flow teenagers on the basis of actual demand,using advantage perspective and stress theory from cognitive self,mining and play their own advantages,interpersonal communication,teamwork,participate in volunteer service,into social life and other different levels to provide service object eight group service activities to improve the level of stress.Social workers evaluate the effectiveness of the service through process evaluation,result evaluation and social worker self-evaluation,and reflect on the whole practical process from three aspects: theoretical basis,activity process and growth group.Finally,summarize the research conclusions from the professional perspective and explore the internal advantages and potential from the individual level,create a harmonious family atmosphere at the family level,strengthen the social level and give play to the professional advantages of social workers and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the investigation of mobile teenagers in XX community,it is found that the stress shortage of floating teenagers is not alone,The main performance is: a low sense of self-value,Lack of self-confidence;Lack of successful experience,Insufficient efficiency factors;Insufficient support networks,Difficulties in life adaptation,On the basis of ecosystem theory,advantage perspective and stress theory,Select the representative service objects to form a group,Clarify the purpose and goal of this group activity intervention,By summarizing the problems faced by the panel members,Starting from the individual advantage factors,external supporting factors and efficiency factors,Find out the cause of the problem,To develop the activity plan,Carry out group activities.Pay attention to the advantages of mobile teenagers themselves,explore their potential,help them learn and use various skills,summarize experience,improve the ability to solve problems in difficulties,improve self-efficacy,and improve the ability to resist adversity.Through multi-party intervention,help the service objects to explore their own advantages,strengthen family interaction,and broaden the external support factors to improve the stress resistance level of mobile teenagers.The innovation point of the paper lies in: first,the innovation of the research object and content.This paper refines the research objects from "teenagers" to "mobile teenagers".China’s social work research objects have little research on teenagers,especially mobile teenagers,and do not pay enough attention to their physical,psychological and social adaptation.In the process of investigation,it was found that due to the interactive influence of various factors,mobile teenagers are prone to inferiority complex,and interpersonal communication often encounter problems such as being marginalized and difficult to adapt to urban life,etc.It is urgent to improve their stress resistance level,which is of very practical significance.Second,the innovation in research methods and perspectives.Based on the social work service institutions,this paper combines the ecosystem theory and advantage perspective with the practice,uses questionnaires,scale and interview methods to collect data,and integrates multiple resources to carry out service activities from the internal advantages,external supporting factors and efficiency factors of the service objects.After process evaluation,outcome evaluation and social worker self-evaluation,the activities of the whole group were reflected from the aspects of theoretical basis and growth group.The shortcomings of the paper are: first,the sample size is limited.This study is mainly for mobile adolescents in a community with limited sample range for reference;second,follow-up services need to be improved.In the service process,the resilience level of the team members has been greatly improved,but there are insufficient follow-up services,and it is difficult to effectively evaluate the continuous effect of the service.
