A Group Practice Study On Improving The Volunteer Service Capacity Of Rural Elderly Veteran

In the context of continuous acceleration of aging in society,it is particularly important to pay attention to the quality of life and happiness of the elderly.Especially for the elderly retired soldiers in the countryside,how to make them "old and old,old-fashioned" have also become a hot topic.Among them,rural elderly retired soldiers participating in volunteer services are one of the effective ways to deal with active aging.By participating in volunteer services,they can exercise and maintain a positive attitude.This not only helps to alleviate the pressure brought by the aging process to society,reduce the burden of pension of young and middle-aged,but also enrich the spiritual world of retired soldiers in rural areas,increase their recognition in society,and help them achieve their value of life.With the continuous expansion of volunteer service work,the number and ability requirements of volunteers who need to participate in them are also increasing.However,the ability and quantity of rural elderly retired soldiers to participate in volunteer services are facing certain limitations.Therefore,this study aims to explore how social work helps enhance the ability of retired soldiers in rural areas to participate in volunteer services.Through social work intervention,services such as technical training,resource support and organization and coordination can be provided for the elderly retired soldiers in the countryside to help them better understand the scope and significance of volunteer services and improve their enthusiasm and initiative.This will not only help promote the development of voluntary service,but also enhance the sense of social participation and satisfaction of retired soldiers in rural areas,and promote their active aging and comprehensive development.Research uses the method of group practical research to establish a group of volunteer service capabilities for retired soldiers in rural areas,and carry out a series of volunteer service enhancement group activities to promote the self-awareness of self-awareness and volunteer service,communication and coordination,planning and organizational ability of retired soldiers for the elderly.And the purpose of improvement of resource links.The research results show that through the intervention of social work professional knowledge and the establishment and training of voluntary service teams,it can improve the sense of integration of retired soldiers in rural areas,enhance their volunteer service capabilities,and thereby promoting the sustainable development of rural construction.This article also proposes a practical case,which introduces how to effectively promote the ability of the elderly retired soldiers in rural areas in voluntary services in voluntary services.We can verify that social work plays a very important role in the improvement of voluntary service capabilities of retired soldiers in rural areas.After the improvement of service capabilities,the elderly retired soldiers in the countryside can better participate in volunteer services and achieve the goal of "growing old and old".This will also laid a solid foundation for the long-term stable development of the volunteer service cause in the elderly in the countryside.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the volunteer service capacity of social work in rural elderly retired soldiers.
