| To improve the level of rural revitalization and development in a region,the most important thing is to improve the construction level of its agricultural technology talent team.Taking the training of agricultural technical talents as the starting point,evaluating and improving them can effectively strengthen the ability of talent team building and accelerate rural revitalization.By collecting and analyzing relevant literature,conducting expert consultation,conducting interview surveys,quantitative analysis,summarizing and other methods,this paper builds a training evaluation model based on the Koch scale and CIPP evaluation model.The current development level of talent training,the existing problems and the measures to solve the problems are studied.The first chapter expounds the background and significance of the research,summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign literature,and introduces the research content and methods,ideas and innovations.The second chapter introduces the concept definition and theoretical basis of this research.The concepts include agricultural technical talents,personnel training,and training evaluation.Theories include training evaluation theory,Korotkoff four-level model and CIPP model.The third chapter introduces the current situation of agricultural technical personnel and training in Nanchong City.Chapter 456 finds out the main problems existing in the training of agricultural technical talents in Nanchong City and analyzes the reasons by constructing the training evaluation model and using the methods of questionnaire and statistical analysis.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem,summary and prospect are put forward.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: the research on training needs needs to be deepened,the training objectives are not clear enough,the training content and form need to be improved,and the practical degree of training effects needs to be strengthened.The main reasons for these problems are that the demand analysis mechanism is not perfect,the training planning and coordinating mechanism is not perfect,the overall training program lacks scientificity,and the theoretical study and practical operation are not closely integrated.The effectiveness of training can be improved by improving the training needs analysis mechanism,improving the training planning and coordinating mechanism,strengthening multi-party guarantees for training,and improving training evaluation work. |
