| Rural revitalization strategy is a critical deployment proposed by the central committee of CPC.New professional farmers play a vital role in rural revitalization and modern agriculture development.Training new professional farmers is of important significance in speeding up agriculture modernization,promoting rural economic and social development and new rural construction.Based on the relevant theories of new vocational farmers’ training,this paper studies the satisfaction of Jiangmen high-quality farmers’ training course carried out by Zhongkai Rural Revitalization Training College in 2020.An investigation is conducted on 225 high-quality farmers’ training students from Jiangmen,Guangdong Province through questionnaire survey.Finally,162 valid samples were obtained.This paper introduces the basic situation of training farmers’ own characteristics,training demands and training satisfaction through description and analysis.The results show that there are significant differences in the satisfaction scores of different training experiences,training methods,training contents and training teachers.The multiple linear regression analysis model is used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ satisfaction.In addition,the backward stepwise regression method is used to modify the model.The final model passes the test.The results indicate that training experience,training methods,training contents and training teachers have a positive impact on the overall satisfaction of training.Finally,according to the analysis results,some suggestions such as pre-training research,optimizing training content setting,innovating training methods,strengthening practical training,improving the level of teaching managers are put forward.The proposed approaches are expected to improve farmers’ training satisfaction and training effect. |
