At the beginning of the 21 st century,China proposed to implement the national strategy of "strengthening the country with talents",aiming to accelerate the construction of talent training centers and occupy the innovation highland.Accordingly,in the past two decades,China’s exploration of basic education reform has never stopped,constantly reforming the current education system,curbing maladies,and unblocking talent training channels.The "double reduction" policy promulgated in July 2021 has pushed the educational topic of homework burden reduction to the tide of discussion,which clearly states: comprehensively reduce the total amount and duration of homework and reduce students’ excessive homework burden,which is a good way to follow the laws of students’ physical and mental development."Double reduction" reduces the burden of students,reduces the anxiety of parents,and reduces the involution phenomenon of education,which is conducive to building a harmonious educational ecological environment.It is not difficult to see from the policy of "double reduction" that it is unstoppable to reduce the amount of students’ after-school homework and abandon the previous "problem sea battle","time war" and "light weight" after-school homework design,and now it is necessary to focus on excavating the role of after-school homework in consolidating the foundation,developing thinking,solving problems,and improving language literacy.By optimizing the homework design,students are given more time and space to explore their personality strengths and develop their core competencies,so that students can grow into well-rounded people.This study is divided into four main parts.In the first part of the current situation survey,the author came to Zhoushan X Middle School in Zhejiang Province for internship,using teachers and students as samples to observe and study,grasp the actual situation of the design of junior high school Chinese after-school homework under the "double reduction",through the distribution of 280 student questionnaires to summarize and refine students’ opinions on the design of junior high school Chinese homework,learn from front-line teachers about their thoughts on after-school homework,and use Excel software to analyze the results of students’ questionnaires.The second part summarizes the problems in the concept,quantity,design and evaluation of junior high school Chinese after-class homework under the background of "double reduction" and conducts attribution analysis,so as to clarify the crux of the current junior high school Chinese after-class homework design.The third part first analyzes the positive impact of the optimization design of junior high school Chinese homework under the "double reduction" policy,recognizes the necessity and importance of homework optimization for students’ language learning,and then puts forward six optimization strategies based on the current problems,combined with the actual situation of the practice school and referring to relevant literature: student-oriented,subject-based,standard-oriented,teacher-nourished,evaluation as the engine and life as the bridge.Subsequently,the author also designed the optimized homework for display for your reference only.The fourth part summarizes the results of this study and reflects on the problems.In short,the research purpose of this paper is to explore the optimization strategy of junior high school Chinese homework in response to the "double reduction" homework reduction policy,design high-quality and efficient after-school homework,so that students can do,want to do,love to do homework,give full play to the role of Chinese after-school homework,so that Chinese after-class homework can escort the development of students’ literacy,and hope that this research can make a small contribution to opening up a new situation of junior high school Chinese after-school homework.
