The "double reduction" policy issued in July 2021 clearly requires controlling the total amount of operations and improving the quality of operation design.Therefore,the research of assignment design becomes the focus of people’s attention.In April of the next year,the 2022 edition of compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards was officially promulgated,which clearly emphasized the promotion of unit integrated instructional design,and homework design,as an important link in instructional design,should also develop in the direction of unit integrated instructional design.Based on the above background,this paper studies the assignment design in junior middle school mathematics unit teaching.This paper mainly adopts literature research,text analysis,case analysis and other methods.After the review and summary of relevant literature,it is found that:individually,unit teaching and assignment design have rich research results,but for the combination of the two-unit assignment design related research is less,and mainly focuses on the theory and framework of research,practice related research is less and the presentation of unit assignment design process is more general,not comprehensive and detailed.At the same time,in the current homework design process,the determination of homework difficulty and the estimation of homework time often rely on the subjective experience of teachers and lack of objectivity.Therefore,in order to optimize and supplement these aspects,this paper determines the basic principles of homework design in junior middle school mathematics unit teaching under the background of "double-minus" by analyzing and interpreting the curriculum standards,"double-minus" policy,textbook content and other texts,and then builds the corresponding design process and methods.On the one hand,based on the combination of required homework and optional homework,the combination of daily homework and weekly homework,the combination of multiple types of homework,the construction of a reference for improving the quality of the basic design process;On the other hand,the method of quantifying unit homework difficulty and estimating unit homework time is constructed.The former is to divide the problem situation of homework design and the scope of knowledge involved into four levels by constructing the classification table of junior middle school mathematics content and the development stage table of core literacy.The mathematics content,core literacy development level,knowledge range and problem background involved in the unit work were classified,coded and assigned.Finally,according to the sum of different weights,a formula was constructed to quantify the difficulty level of the unit work.The latter is based on the former,combined with daily operation statistics to achieve the unit operation time estimation.To sum up,this paper constructs the process and method of job design to improve the quality of job design and to control the total amount of job objectively and effectively.
