The Involvement Of Social Work In The Cultivation Of Self-organization Of Cultural Pension

With the rapid development of our economy,the aging degree of our country is also deepening.At present,our country has become the largest elderly population in the world.With the continuous development of society and economy,the needs of material life of the elderly are satisfied,and they gradually turn to the pursuit of spiritual culture.As a new way of supporting the aged,cultural endowment has gradually attracted the attention of the society.Community self-organization refers to the organization that is spontaneously established and operated by residents in the community.Community self-organization is an important force for community construction,is also a way to realize cultural pension.Cultivating cultural self-organization for the aged in the community can enable the elderly to carry out cultural activities for the aged at their doorstep,meet the spiritual and cultural needs,and relieve the pressure of the family,the country and the society for the aged.This paper conducted a practical exploration of social work involvement in the cultivation of self-organization of cultural pension in X community of Xinxiang City.Guided by the theory of advantageous perspective and social activity theory,it used the method of participation observation and unstructured interview to analyze the current situation,development and demand of self-organization of cultural pension.Through the analysis of the current situation of the self-organization of cultural pension,it is found that the self-organization has problems such as insufficient ability to deal with risks,weak ability to obtain external resources and lack of standardized management.Through the demand analysis of the self-organization of cultural pension in X community,it is found that the members of the self-organization hope to continue to give play to their personal values and improve their personal abilities.According to the needs,the self-organization of cultural pension in the community should be involved to help the self-organization of cultural pension improve its self-operation ability,so that the elderly can carry out cultural activities,give full play to personal advantages meet their spiritual and cultural needs.This study is based on the current situation and needs of the self-organization of cultural pension in X community,six group activities have been carried out in the community by means of group work.Adhere to the theory of advantageous perspective in activities,guide group members to participate in the construction of self-organization,formulate group conventions together,clarify the organization structure,and enhance the subject consciousness and participation enthusiasm of the members in the process of participation.This activity basically achieved the group goal,the self-organization operation was more standardized,the self-operation ability was improved,and the social support network was expanded.After the intervention of social work is completed,the changes in self-organization still exist.Members of the organization feel their personal value and potential in the activities,and their life happiness and self-efficacy are improved,as well as their enthusiasm for social life.Social work is effective in the cultivation of cultural endowment self-organization.Finally,through the review of the practical process,it is concluded that the involvement of social work in the cultivation of the self-organization of cultural pension can enhance the operation ability of the self-organization,improve the standardization level of the self-organization,and expand the social support network.In the process of intervention,attention should be paid to the play of the main role of the elderly,the exploitation of the resources around the elderly,and the role of social work in the cultivation process of these three aspects.Generally speaking,this study can provide reference for social work intervention in cultivation of self-organization of cultural pension for the aged.
