Research On The Construction Of Our Country's Pension Mode In View Of Culture

This article starts from the influence of culture and its elaboration to study the building of our old-age model of China by the cultural perspective: cultural dissonance theory, the community sub-cultural theory, and take it as the foothold of the full text, so as to study the construction of China's social old-age model. Under the impact of the market economy, the concept of culture have nurtured and strengthened by new ideas and new concepts, which the family pension relies on."filial piety" of ethical values, the family atmosphere as well as the example in the social environment of respect for the elderly have taken place larger changes, the traditional old-age culture have weakened, and family pension, under the guidance of their model, has not well solved livelihood problems of the elderly. Along with cultural transformation, the new old-age culture and the emergence of old-age pension mode change is imperative. On the basis of exploring experience of many places over our country, South Korea and so on, we are actively building a new model of the modern old-age pension. In addition to the existing family pension, we also consider the adoption of the community, which fully engaged in so as to solve their life problems. Considering the economic strength of China's old-age pension, human resources, cultural traditions, and some other factors, we take the family, community, and society respectively as a core to build a new hybrid model of the social old-age pension, including social old-age home service, community care of the elderly, social and charitable endowment. In order to further improve the social pension systems, for China's actual situation, we propose the following: focus on the construction of new old-age cultural; give full play to the leading role of countries in the hardware construction and service personnel training; establish and improve rules and regulations.
