The value of modern prose in junior middle school Chinese teaching can not be ignored.The development of its teaching content and the selection of teaching methods should be considered comprehensively.However,most of the current research is to separate the subject knowledge and teaching knowledge about modern prose,resulting in insufficient accumulation of subject teaching knowledge.In view of this,Chinese teachers should link the subject knowledge and teaching knowledge of modern prose,construct the topic PCK,and then perfect the topic PCK of modern prose teaching,and improve the teaching level of modern prose.In order to understand the current situation of modern prose topic PCK construction of junior middle school Chinese teachers,the researchers took Chinese teachers of 5 junior middle schools in Kerqin District,Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the survey objects,conducted questionnaire survey and interview;At the same time,a total of 14 teaching examples of Lao Wang were collected and sorted out through on-site lesson observation,and the current situation of PCK construction of modern prose topic was mastered by using lesson example method.Through investigation and analysis of lesson examples,it is found that there are the following problems in the construction of modern prose teaching topic PCK: teachers are not accurate in determining the teaching content of modern prose,they are not able to properly choose the method that matches the teaching content,the creation of teaching situation is not proper,and they lack the understanding of students’ learning experience of modern prose.The above problems are caused by the following four aspects: the relatively old knowledge of modern prose that teachers master,the lack of integration and transformation of knowledge,the insufficient ability of teachers to create teaching situations,the single means to understand the learning situation,and the solidified understanding of the learning situation.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of modern prose topic PCK: in the determination of teaching content,Teachers start from the stylistic features and text features,take into account the specific learning situation and core quality,determine the appropriate teaching content,teaching key and difficult points and corresponding reading strategies,in the selection of teaching methods,to match the learning content,but also for students to create a real learning situation,build effective teaching support,set up reasonable learning task.
